Recently headed to Tbay from Winnipeg and had a shifter shaft strip. The gentlemen in parts and service were great and got me the parts I needed and even lent me a few tools we weren’t carrying. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff here. Would love to visit them again some day.

Our group had a motorcycle breakdown approximately 400 kilometers away from this dealership while we were on our way to do the loop around Lake Superior. Ironically this breakdown happened in front of a family members house that was a part of the Thunder Bay Harley-Davidson store They ensured the bike was towed there by the next morning and worked on it for an extremely long time for a complex electrical issue we were from out of town they were very helpful very friendly and got us back on the road as fast as they could great store.And thank you.

Great a real family place ,I'm from the Toronto area ,i have had all bad experience at all the southern dealers on buying new bikes and service departments. Thunder Bay will great the sale of my next bike i will travel 17 hours to buy my bike from them .My bike broke down on a road trip and they had me up and running in a day and a half ,great people and great service the place to be when your in trouble on the road. I was on a cross country trip and unexpectedly needed tire . Tom checked me in and had the right tires and had me on the road again by noon. Definitely service with a smile. The whole staff was very professional. Thank you all!!

Nice dealership. Friendly sale staff. Unfortunately they did not due a currency exchange for whatever reason. My tee shirt cost over 50$. Will not ever stop at this dealership again and will tell everyone that I know not to shop here. I will also call the main Corp to complain about it.

I can't say enough about this place. I was on a ride with my buddies, Last longweekend (were from Kitchener area)I needed a tire and was having some handling issues with my bike ,they looked after everything, they cut into there long weekend (by a lot) Just so I could carry on with mine safely. Ted and his staff treated me like family, again, anything I say probably isn't enough, thanks again Ted.

If I could give more stars I would! I am from Kansas and we recently made a trip and was unable to get a poker chip from this dealer. When we returned home I took a chance and called to see if they would ship one. Very helpful all the way. However someone in our postal system thought they needed it more than we did and slit the envelope and stole it. We contacted the dealer again and offered to pay for another and they said no way, they will send at no charge. Truly could not ask for a better staff. Customer Service at it's best!!!!!!!
