ONTARIO WHOLESALE ENERGY

If i can put zero stars on, I will put it in a bad company, i have more than 1 hour and 30 minutes and nobody answers to me , and i contact the area manager he doesn't answer too .

Writing reviews for energy companies isn't something I generally do, but I had to in this case because of a few reasons. I've been a customer of Ontario Wholesale for about 3 years now for 3 of my dental clinics - I've heard certain things about the industry in the past that made me apprehensive but the rep that came by my office was very convincing and seemed to have a really good grasp of the energy market (something I know nothing about). He was adamant that energy prices would go up in the future and that it was the right time to get a wholesale price. I was skeptical but decided to give them a chance, especially because the program was cancel anytime" so I figured there wasn't much risk. Fast forward to last week

Ontario wholesale energy is a great company who can help many small and large volume businesses stabilize their rates. Regardless of seasonal usage, you will never have to worry about “top up” payment risk regardless of the situation. Super helpful in times like this, when gas prices are on rise every 4 months. Thank you OWE!

So bad company they are third part , so bad customer service and everything they don't answer phones when you have something for them .

Total scammers, dont even come close to them, i used for 3 months and my bills were up 60-70% each month, they waived my cancelation period and ask me to go for a few months and i will see the difference. Only difference was i paid 50-60% more. So dont even come near them. If they call you just hung up.

Ready to file a harassment file at this point. Have told them to take me off the call list 3 times now. The amount of phone calls received is beyond disturbing.If I wanted your services, I would take your call. Leave me alone.

I usually get a million cold calls from all these energy companies trying to sell different initiatives but the lad on the phone stood out to me as particularly sharp. Decided to giver them a shot so they sent over their rep to do an energy audit for one of our manufacturing facilities in Etobicoke about a year ago.A few days later they came back with an offer. The projections seemed almost too good to be true but they backed it up with data and a boat load of research so we signed a contract for 1 year for both gas and power, just to see how it goes.Through out that year we received quarterly reports, a few drop ins (before COVID) and overall exceptional customer service. They also helped us get the new electricity rebate back in November of last year that made a huge difference to our bottom line. We are planning to renew our contract with them - this time for 3 years.

these guys are the worst, wont stop calling and harrasing me every couple months about their scam, iv told them multiple times i dont want their service but a new person calls and says iv told them to follow up with me at a later date. i've blocked their numbers but they just call from a different number each time. I DONT WANT ANYTHING FROM YOU, LEAVE ME ALONE

Starting to feel harassed, was interested until i get a call that stated a 5 year contract. My red flag meter is going off hard. I think were gonna try contacting the government for help and support. This company gives me bad vibes.

So far so good. Have a few of our locations on their gas and hydro program. No complaints, wish I knew about them last year. Good customer service, helped me get the rebate for the hydro too!
