My mom got her partial denture here.Very friendly staff and things are explained very well. The technology is fantastic! Got her denture in two visits and it fits really well. Highly recommended!

I recently had an appointment at Denture Cottage. My appointment was at 9:35 and I waited in the waiting room until 10am while the denturist was on the phone with another client. I was told the appointment was an hour long and so at 10am I started to get worried because I had to drive someone to the airport. I needed to be out of there by 10:35 and since my appointment was supposed to start at 9:35 I figured it would be fine. At 10am while still waiting I politely told the denturist I won’t have time for the hour appointment anymore because I had to go to the airport. I assumed if we started at 10am I would be there until 11. The denturist proceeded to tell me I will be charged for a cancelled appointment. I mentioned that I had been waiting half an hour and I just won’t have time to stay for an hour once we get started. She then proceeded to argue with me and was clearly annoyed. When she assured me we would be done by 10:35 I told her that’s fine it’ll still work.When we went to the back, it was uncomfortable because I knew I had unintentionally annoyed her. She looked at my mouth and told me a denture won’t work. I didn’t trust her opinion because of the situation that had just occurred so I went for a second opinion elsewhere. I had to issues at other denture office, impressions were taken the same day and I’ll have my denture in 3 weeks, even after Denture Cottage told me that a denture won’t work in my mouth. So glad I stuck to my instincts and went elsewhere for a second opinion!

Excellent service. Dao took care and explained everything to me. She wasn't in a hurry and put my mind at ease. It was a long process but worth the wait. If I had any concerns she was a phone call away. I thank Dao Diep for her expertise and would recommend her to anyone.

The staff explained the procedure extremely well and made me feel comfortable. The facility was very clean and was easy to get to from out of town. I received my partial dentures from Dao recently.. my first time needing dentures. They fit perfectly and I have felt absolutely no discomfort. Dao is wonderful.. she knows her business and is very kind and she explains your situation very well.
