I had an independent IT person managing everything for me for years, and when things were not going well I decided to migrate to Host Papa, as they came highly reccommended by more than one person I know. When I migrated, my original IT person was less than cooperative sharing information regarding how things were set up and what's more, he left everything a mess. These folks were able to work through all of the problems with me (I am no expert) and things are great now. Going through the migration was stressful for me because of the way things were left. The team at Host Papa proved themselves immediately by attending to all issues until they were solved. Customer service and tech support is next level. Highly recommend.

I have been using shared hosting on HostPapa for a few years now and have been very satisfied. Currently, I host a website for my high school class (graduated long ago before the dinosaurs died out). I personally wrote all of the code. I love the tools they provide. When I have had a problem or question, their support staff responds very quickly. Their price is very reasonable. I have no reason to even think about looking for another service. I definitely recommend this hosting service.

HostPapa has been an excellent hosting platform that I have been using for sometime now. Their customer service support is exceptional. From the time a support ticket is opened to closure. All my issues from user error (most common) to system issues have been dealt with efficiency and with speed.

Very poor customer service regarding technical problem. If I had to migrate my website again I would choose another provider. I am currently paying for an advanced email service. And when we submit a problem the most common answer is : Please do some tests and get back as us if you still have an issue." That is no tech support at all.
