My instructor was experienced and well informed. She made the day go by very quickly and made it a fun learning experience for all of us in attendance. I loved that I had my certificate within minutes after I was done my quiz. The course, quiz and certificate are all done in one day which is really convenient. I would definitely recommend Probe It to anyone who is looking for their Food Handler's Certification. Thanks for the great experience!

The course is clear and explain all the information deeply with good examples. The online modules are convenient to use, as you're able to complete the course remotely. The online system is easy to navigate and makes taking the course a breeze. The most interesting part is last part where the quiz is in the form of interesting games like hang up game, win the prize etc. The exam is 24/7 available online and very convenient to take it. I strongly recommend this course.

Excellent experience! I gained knowledge that not only helps in the workplace but helps with preparation of food at home! Everything was very straight forward, making the exam easier as they took questions directly from the course! 10/10 would recommend!

Very good overall. Worthwhile information. Best if plan on spending an extra week reviewing all the material before taking the exam. The staff responded very promptly and helpfully to my questions. I also spent time reviewing all the federal, provincial and local laws and references the course cites.

Had a wonderful experience with them. I solely spoke to tech support who was able to help me with a huge issue I was having regarding my camera.He was very very friendly, incredibly helpful and understood my sensitivities to things like security and privacy. So he helped guide me through the tech problems that I was having and then helped me remove all traces of the program when I was finished.I don't know if he wants his name out there, Bashir is the most understanding, clearest(because he wasn't trying to fill my head with jargon, just spoke like a normal human being), and most helpful person from any tech support I've ever spoken to.Thank you for all your help and I hope you have great year!

My experience at Probe It was really incredible, the instructor was amazing. Lectures were very informative and she definitely had a strong background in food handling. Definitely would recommend anyone to take this especially if they are going into the food industry. Exams are easy and certificate was granted immediately which is great!

Very professional service. The online course made it really easy for our team to learn the course material on their own time and to not have it conflict with our working schedules. The examiner was always quick to respond with any questions we had or needed assistance with. The price is very reasonable and the service is excellent overall. Would highly recommend to any business wanting to provide food safety training to their team.

Overall I found this course easy to navigate and during a time of so much online time, it was not at all irritating.I do have a request though. At the end of a section we are to take a review by playing a game of sorts. That is fine but what I'd like to see is that when I answered a question wrong, I'd like to see the right answer. If I scored 80%, the program just went onto the next section. But for studying purposes it'd be nice to know where I was weak.Also, there were some weird temperature readings. I have taken a picture for you, but here is more than one slide that had temperatures at 6000c.Thank you
