Wow - talk about next level customer service! Last weekend I happened to get a flat while riding the K + P and was woefully unprepared. Thankfully I happened to be right next to Harrowsmith - but just after the bike shop closed. The owner saw us looking at the store hours from across the street, came over and offered us a ride with my flat bike back to where we had parked the car. The store itself is a sweet little shop in what looks like a cabin. From what we saw, there's lots of great refurbished bikes inside at reasonable prices. We'll definitely be heading back for a more thorough look.
