Columbia Dental

I was so in much pain with cavity in my wisdom tooth, was suffering for a year, but i was struggling with money so couldn’t afford it. But last night it was unbearable, I called everywhere but due to easter long weekend most of the dental office were closed, so I called Columbia dental and went there. Dr Romey was so helpful I mentioned him that , i am in pain but struggling with money. He extracted my tooth and didn’t take the fees for extraction. . Dr Romey if you’re reading this, please know that you’re a great human being , for people like you humanity is still alive.Thank you so much.

Really wonderful experience from start to finish. I was seen on an emergency basis and got in that same day. Staff were friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I left feeling very confident my dental issue would be resolved and provided temporary solutions. Can’t say how much I appreciated this experience!

Called the office and was able to walk in without a scheduled appointment with a dental emergency and within 10 minutes I was getting work done, no hidden fees, focused on my well-being and all the staff made sure I was comfortable and tRelaxed. Seeing that I've never been there before, and dont knew anyone there, I would recommend them to anyone!

Everyone at Columbia Dental was most helpful in getting my emergency dental situation resolved quickly. They even stayed late to get my filling done. From when I first rang, the lovely receptionist ensured I got the earliest possible appointment and was kind and supportive. I was in Kamloops for Easter weekend and this office helped with an emergency root canal. I was worried a dentist waiting on patients (on a long weekend) wasn’t a good thing, but they assured me they were there as part of the hospital dentist, to help for just this reason. Talked me through everything that was happening. Great dentist, assistant (Dan), and front desk. I wouldn't hesitate to go back as a patient. So impressed.

Hey this is Mike, and Columbia Dental is by far the best dental office I've EVER been to. From dentist to technician to receptionist you can expect the friendliest, highly skilled and just and all around great experience. 10 out of 10 from this guy. Thanks for all you do guys!!!

I want to express my sincerest gratitude for my experience. I had an emergency on a Saturday from another dentist and Columbia Dental was able to accommodate me in on a very busy day for them when the other dentist did not even respond back to me. From the complimentary parking pass for free parking (and as a local downtown business owner and client I can appreciate this huge as the parking can be a challenge elsewhere) from the friendly receptionist to the dental assistants to my dentist Rome. You all took the time to make me feel comfortable and confident in knowing I was in great hands. I owe you big time! You stayed late to accommodate me finishing my day teaching for the day. I know there was better things to do on a Saturday evening for all who stayed late to ensure I left without any further issues. You went over and above and you get a 5+++ stars from me ❤️ Jen

Everything about this place is awesome!! The staff is so cheerful and kind and the service is amazing!! I would definitely recommend this place.
