Great service, attentive sales support. No pressure to upsell. We've bought all of our kids' bikes here and now don't shop anywhere else. Noel and his staff are just the type of people you want to deal with. Their recommendations have been 100% accurate, and I never got an I told you so" when I didn't follow them. Prices are more than fair."

What a great shop! Great selection of bikes and even better prices! The service here is amazing, with a wonderful team ready to educate and lend a hand wherever possible! These guys have been keeping my 2009 Specialized Safire in tip top shape for years, with annual tune ups and repairs along the way. I have also purchased many new bikes from Oakville Cycle, and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my bikes. If you need a trusty bike shop, look no further.

Great bike shop. I have an older Trek mountain bike converted to a city commuter I was having gear shifting issues. These guy recommended a few things and serviced the bike. After the work they did for me on the bike it performs very well!! Very happy with this bike shop. I totally recommend them!

I am very happy for their quality, quick service and price as well.My Tarmac had a noise problem inside top tube because of wrong internal brake cable routing.When I showed my bike them they already knows what problem is.And very next day I got a call saying bike is ready to go!No more noise, professional finish ! Thank you !Before I visit Oakvillecycle, I stopped at two local bike shop in Milton my home town. Unfortunately they could't fix it and I don't know why.Will visit again when I have issues on my bike and for regular maintenance too.

Went to buy a 20' for my daughter. Owner Noel took his time with us and she got try out 2 bikes. We never felt rushed. I had other questions which he took the time to explain. My daughter (who can be shy times) also commented that the owner was very nice. We didn't encounter any up selling whatsoever. Overall a perfect bike-buying experience.

I have been a customer at this shop for 10 years. I have always been impressed with knowledge, respect and commitment to their products and stock. I have purchased numerous parts for bikes and they have always been honest about which parts suit my needs. As a mountain biker on a budget, I appreciate that they wouldn't sell me on parts that I can't afford. The owner has even given me advice on how to install parts and fixed my installation mistakes for a good price. For a big town bike shop they give their store a small town mom and pop shop feel. Respect their business and they'll respect you, simple.

Went in today to buy 2 bikes for my kids. Excellent service. Did not try to up sell at all. Explained the good qualities and the bad qualities of the bikes we were looking at. They were amazing with my kids too. Involved them in the decision making had some fun with them. I first went to a store with lots of Gears" and they didn't even approach me after 10 min of looking at bikes. I will be a returning customer once these bikes are out grown!"

I'm really shocked by all the positive reviews. I took my old bike (still in good condition) for the spring maintenance. The owner (?) recommended Annual Tune-up package for $79.95, which include full bike wash. I went ahead with it as I really wanted to have a clean bike, after its been sitting in a garage throughout the winter.They kept my bike for the whole week, and when I finally was able to pick it up I was speechless. I expected they would do the same job as car detailers do with cars, instead picked up a bike that was UNTOUCHED when it came to full wash."Still covered with dust
