Kitchen Stuff Plus

I went to your store twice. Both times I was able to find what I wanted, which was good. The bad part is that both times I was treated like a shoplifter. A young lady followed me around, snatched the goods out of my hands and took them to the cashier, before I had even finished shopping. I'm not some young punk - I'm a 63-year-old man. I resent that kind of treatment. Next time I'll just order online, but it won't be from KSP.

There is always an issue with this brand!They’re not trying to help!They sending you to customer service! even though it was a product that was purchased day ago! And it is damaged!Such a poor service not the first time!I would never step in their stores again!Stay away and do yourself a favor!

They have a lot of nice stuff. Purchases set of knifes.

Always have the stuff I want there love it

I just visited the Kitchen Stuff store to return a set of cappuccino mugs that I had purchased for my mom's new machine 2days ago. Unfortunately, we realized that they were too small and had not used them at all, as we were still waiting for the machine to arrive. I expected a smooth and hassle-free return process, but my encounter with FARNOOSH, one of the store employees, left a lot to be desired.Upon reaching the counter, FARNOOSH greeted me with a cold attitude and proceeded to inspect the mugs under sunlight for an extended period of time. To my disbelief, she accused me of using the mugs multiple times and refused to accept the return. This behavior was completely uncalled for, especially considering that I was well within the 48-hour return policy, had the receipt, and the mugs were in their original box.What disappointed me further was the fact that I WAS ABLE TO RETURN THE MUGS WITHOUT ANY ISSUES AT ANOTHER LOCATION of the same store. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also tarnishes the store's reputation.I strongly urge the management of Kitchen Stuff to address this matter and provide proper training to their staff on customer service and adhering to company policies. No customer should be subjected to baseless accusations and mistreatment. I will not be returning to this particular location due to this unpleasant experience.I hope that my review serves as a reminder to her and the management of Kitchen Stuff to prioritize customer satisfaction and improve the overall customer service experience.

Great store. Tons of different staff for competitive price.

Received their black Friday deals email and the deals were amazing! I placed online orders and were able to claim the free gift as well. When I went to the store to for pick up, I was attracted to the awesome but affordable selections of holiday gifts. I ended up buying five huge bags of presents and the cashier was so nice and she helped me and carried everything to my car. Definitely will go back again!

Very organized store with tons of great stuff.

Staff is super engaging and helpful. And if you purchase an enormous amount of affordable pricing. You'll even get someone to load it all into your vehicle.

Marg is a great manager. Farnoosh and Darya are helpful and friendly!Very fascinating collection of kitchen stuff is there. Very clean and well-orgnized shelves of tools and very nice staff and one lady that can speak Farsi! If you are searching for eye-catching things for decorating your kitchen, first explore this place.
