Preferred Roofing also does snow removal. Their service for snow removal was excellent, dependable and they went up and beyond the job for clearing the steps, walkway and driveway. This winter was brutal, much worst than previous years, with earlier snow storms that started in November and lasted till March and more heavier snow storms than usual. They were always their in a timely manner after each snow fall. Excellent job!! I would definitely recommend Preferred Roofing for snow removal :)

A few shingle fell off the ridge of my roof. I contacted a number of companies and Preferred Roofing were the only one to respond (It was the week before Christmas!).Kyle came round and installed new ridge caps. He took photos of the repair to show me. Great job and not too expensive!Highly recommend.

Great company highly recommend. Called them last fall to patch my roof. Came to repair within a day and provided us through explanation on what needed to be done to replace my roof. They completed the roof within two days, cleaned everything up and follow up to make sure everything was done correctly. Great service and a great company

We were so impressed with the service, the in person visit to provide the quote and inspect the roof. The thing that impressed us the most, (knowing how bad the roof was and the next available dates were in July, at the time of Rob’s visit , it was May 3). Our roof needed to be done ASAP, Rob and Kelly made it happen and our roof was done on May 9. We definitely felt you guys and your team went above and beyond. We are very grateful and happy with our new roof.

During our search for a roofing company, Preferred Roofing was the only company that took the time to come in-person to give us an estimate and what we wanted done. This ultimately made us choose them as the other companies used an app for their roofing estimate as opposed to coming in-person.Since day one, Rob and Kelly have taken the time to answer all of our (many) questions in a prompt and friendly manner and explained to us what was being done every step of the way. After Fiona hit our home, and we had tons of roof damage. Our beautiful home was no longer livable do to the amount of water damage in side. I knew I needed a company to replace the whole roof. Rob and Kelly came out and inspected our roof and gave us a quote. We liked how they took the time to come out and explain things, great customer service in my opinion. The other 3 company just sent on line quotes. We hire preferred roof right away to tackle our roof. And it was the best decision by far. From the crew being very polite and their craftsmanship stands out 100%. We are very happy and would recommend preferred roofing to any one who wants a stress free start to finish roofing contractor.
