Worst Counsellors to deal with. They rush you over the phone and make you sign the papers quickly and then just pass your file to customer service..Lucky my friend told me to make an appointment at sands and associates..they were very professional in the office.. showed me they were licensed and also the counsellor would be with me thru the whole program. Would also have to take 2 classes with them and they would also help me rebuild my credit.I Have 50k debtConsolidated told me I would have to pay 48k over 4 years and my single monthly parent would be 1k month.Sands and associates said they would bring my debt down to owing 17-20k. Single payment would be in the 300 range.Same scenario so I don't see how consolidated is helping you. They prey on the helpless who are broken down..they like a seedy payday loan companyIf you don't believe me make an appointment with both and find out for urself. Consultations are free so customers has the right to ask a few companies

Great company. Good customer service. They have helped us out twice when we were in a hard spot and needed to combine and lower our monthly payments.

I was fortunate to have run into an advertisement from Consolidated Credit Counselling Services of Canada on Facebook. Since then I only need to repay the capital on my debt owed plus a small service fee to this firm monthly. The interest saved has improved my financial status tremendously.Tony MaVancouver, BC.

Be careful with these guys. I agreed to pay $1500 in three installments of $500. A week later I got a call about the next person I would be speaking with who would be administering my debt. Turns out they passed me off to a trustee not affiliated with them. So basically I paid $1500 to be transferred to somewhere else. I feel ripped off.

Consolidated Counseling is great, but they don’t report to the credit bureau, on a monthly basis. It makes my credit score way down and trying to get another credit card, all the creditors decline me. Before didn’t join Consolidated Counseling, I was paying my credit cards, more then minimum amount they’ve ask for, the credit card companies, keep on adding more credit to my account and never can get ahead of the game. I’ve said to myself, that’s it and start googling credit counseling companies, who should I pick and found this company, Ratul Karim was great on filling me in. I had old credit card debt from being young and stupid and Consolidated Credit took my case when many others said it wasn't worth their while. I was actually told by a few places to just ignore it. I can't thank Helen enough for taking the time to explain every option and helping me through the process. I can't believe I am almost at the end of this nightmare.

I work for Licensed Insolvency Trustees. I called asking information on where to send a creditors package on behalf of a mutual client. I was transferred from agent to agent. I finally got someone in customer service". The agent told me that it was the client that needed to update Consolidated Credit on a consumer proposal. I corrected her and said "No actually I can just send you the documents on her behalf." She told me I was being rude and she could force the client to continue to paying because I was being rude. I'm not sure how saying 6 words was deemed rude but she told me multiple times that she would not help me. I responded with "Look

I wish I never worked with them. My credit was better before going into this. All I did was have the interest lowered on my loans. EasyFinancial was one of them. They left derogatory information on my report that lasted past me paying them out in full - never missed a payment. Consolidated credit did nothing about it. All the good" information from creditors was removed from my report after I completed the program that was supposed to make my credit excellent. They said this "good information" would stay for 2 years. All that stayed was derogatory information from EasyFinancial. They did nothing about it. I paid $1200 over the course of the program and my score was as low as in the 500's!! I went into the program high 600's. Worst financial decision I've made."

My husband and I went through Consolidated to help get rid of multiple credit card debt. Ours was only 3 years and after it was finished it was such a feeling of relief! The customer service was wonderful and they really explained their services well. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is experiencing debt issues and want it resolved easily and it being affordable.

Consolidated Credit has been hands down the best choice I've made to help get me back on track. They have worked tirelessly with me to get things in order and keep it that way. Thank you with all my heart.
