I gave this place a shot a few times because it's nearby, but each time I come here I'm thoroughly disappointed. Service is poor - very rude and unprofessional. They'll walk away before you're done talking if they don't sense you give them any business, then proceed to argue with you too. I'll be taking my alterations elsewhere, there are far more friendlier, timelier, and humble businesses.

I am very impressed with the quality and professionalism I experienced at North Hill Alterations last week. Mounira was the seamstress who worked on modifying my iPhone wrist wallet. She did an excellent job and was so patient and accommodating as we fine tuned the fit so it would be most comfortable. The quote was also very fair. I will definitely be recommending this business to friends and family!

I fail to understand why this business is rated 4 stars! It is not even BBB accredited. I wonder why?! Anyhow, they charge a pretty penny (cash only) for alts and when my alterations were supposed to be ready they were NOT READY. The woman simply chuckled and said that they were very busy" - WTF? Anyhow

Very skilled! I’ve had vintage coats fixed, dresses altered (including my wedding dress!) and various garments mended. They always do a great job. Highly recommend.

The best option for tailoring and repairs - old clothing and new, I have taken so many things in and I always come out just thrilled with their work - such an important place if you love your old favourite clothing and jackets but they just need to be refurbished or repaired - just a great store - very talentedThanks and Congratulations
