A friendly and kind person greets me on the phone every time; he is extremely helpful when I ask him to do extra tasks for me to help me make my purchasing decisions. When I arrive at the location to pick up my purchases, he is just as kind and gentle with me and offers to help me carry the heavy boxes to my vehicle. I will definitely continue to purchase his product and support this business.

We have been ordering from there for a few months and we work with many different suppliers and Hemkund is hands down the best. They are FAST! Orders usually ship out within 24 hours, if there is any problems they call you immediately. Their customer service is fantastic, I accidentally chose the wrong color in my order and they picked up on the difference from my normal and called to verify. After lots of research too their prices are very competitive!

Not recommended... gave me homeopathic medication for my eczema but told me to continue using steriod creams aswell which totally defeats the purpose of healing and curing eczema. Not worth wasting your time and or money if you truly want to get better! See someone else like I did!

Ordered online. I ordered some 1ml syringes and 17-20mm press-in bottle adapters. The syringes are not as strong as other syringes I've bought so I wouldn't order again, but they are of good quality and come individually wrapped. The press-in bottle adapters were smaller than the website suggested. My bottle is 17mm inner diameter and the press-in bottle adapters are only 16mm diameter so it was too loose to create a seal. I emailed to suggest they update their website and asked if I could return the bottle adapters. Got a very nice email from Sam asking me to recycle the adapters as it would be too expensive to ship back. He refunded my credit card as well. So, good service, but the products maybe not quite what I wanted.
