brought my fiance for a fun date afternoon on his birthday, it was very well laid out and the employees were always available for help. we really enjoyed the ability to switch games if we didn't like one (or if I got frustrated and wanted to give up...) will definitely come back!

By far the best VR experience in all of Toronto! Fantastic service for newbies and experienced players. The largest game selection I’ve ever seen and the most friendly and attentive staff anyone could ask for. If you haven’t tried VR here you are missing out!

Its the best VR place I've been so far. They sanitize the equipments before the client use it. Then they will guide you how to use it before, during and after the session. They also have haptic suit which is a good option if a client wants to try the suit without buying it. In addition, I recommend that they get the omni-directional treadmill.

Love the place! I came with a friend to experience vr for the first time. We had a lot of fun playing with the variety of games it had to offer. Would definitely like to come here again.

Levelup is a great way to experience VR for the first time, with their clean and capable facility, and knowledgeable and friendly staff.The place is easy to find, although they only have a small sign outside of the pub. Upon arriving we were kindly greeted and were quickly set up to begin playing with our party of 7. The collection of games is quite comprehensive with many genres, and the entire facility and equipment is spotless. You can tell that the staff are knowledgeable about the equipment and games as they guide you through the entire experience.10/10 would return.

It was a really good time. The setup was simple and not complicated to get going. Game graphics were good quality and there was no lag in the games. It was a very fun experience. Staff were very helpful and responsive.I went with my co-workers for a team event so we tried to mostly play games together. I wish there were more co-op play for larger groups (6 of us). But shooting each other was still great.

Took my boyfriend here for his birthday and we had a blast! The place was very clean, the instructors were thorough and incredibly friendly and the equipment was awesome. The hour we booked went by so quickly! I wish we had booked longer and tried out more games. Will definitely be coming back!
