Awesome service from Ryan and the team at Rutland Glass. Booked my car for a windshield replacement and the rest was a breeze. Janelle was very efficient gathering information and ensuring my drop off this morning was quick and painless! The courtesy vehicle was clean, and they finished my replacement within a couple of hours! I would highly recommend Rutland Glass for any of your glass needs!

Great little glass shop. I needed a piece of glass cut to replace a side light on a front door. I called them late in the day to see if they could help me out and they had it ready to go for me to pick up at 9am the next day. Nice safe edges and pre taped with peel and stick adhesive tape for easy installation back into the frame! Friendly, prompt and affordable ($22!). I will definitely call them next time I need glass cut!

Would recommend RG to anyone and everyone. We have hired them to replace windows at our house, to install shower glass, and for various other jobs. They are always punctual, professional, and the craftsmanship is top tier. Ryan and his team always get it right.

I have always had wonderful experiences dealing with the amazing staff at Rutland Glass... they even were able to replace the broken glass in my grandmother's picture from 1924 after my daughter's imaginary friend broke it... I personally feel it looks better now then the original piece.

Excellent and kind service from the two lovely ladies working there! Fast, efficient service on my parent’s rental car that they drove up from the coast. The gentleman working on the car were very knowledgeable and confident, answered all their questions. Highly recommend!

My experience was mind blowingly awful. I don't do a lot of reviews but this one was a long story. I had 14 windows replaced in 2018, the service was and everything was satisfactory. last year I called in to have a quote done on a few more windows/doors. I was told someone would call me back within the week. No one called, i called back after a few weeks and was told they had no record of me ever calling in. No one is perfect, so i gave my info again and waited patiently. The same thing occurred, they forgot about me. This happened 3 times and then i gave up.A few months ago i re did a bathroom in my house. So, i thought i'd give Rutland glass one more shot. I called in last month and was told they would get out to do a measure up and quote in about 3 weeks. 1 month past, and no one called. So, i called them, to my surprise they said they had no record of me calling in, yet again. And this time, they told me they are too busy to take any new jobs and they could not assist me.Had they told me the first time, ages ago, i would have gone elsewhere and likely had my shower done by now. I am beyond speechless over my experience overall. So disappointed, when i asked if there was anyone i could talk to about this i was told no. You can't make this stuff up.I doubt i will ever get a call back from Rutland glass or that they will see this review. However, Rutland glass - you have my contact info and address, if you care to follow up.Welp.

Had them replace a glass business door, they were quick, great to communicate with, great price! Will definitely use for my next glass needs! Highly Recommend!

The guys came to help me on a break in to my store downtown. The window was installed within 2 hours of coming to assess boarding it up then going to get the glass and install. They made my day so much better and we’re so kind and professional

Rutland Glass was able to cut a couple mirrors I had to the exact measurements I needed and they even removed the stickers and softened up the edges. And they did it quickly and for a great price. Staff was friendly and very professional. They even helped unload and packed it up securely and loaded it into my truck and they threw out the scrap material. Oh ya and they were able to do it right away in 20 minutes while I waited. Thank you Rutland Glass for the awesome job. It looks amazing!
