Lakeview Suds Car Wash

We were trying to find a carwash that would work for what we needed. I checked one of the small doors not knowing that it was a wand wash, then went to explain to my sister-in-law who had small children in her car. The man operating the carwash (I'm assuming) opened the big doors and began to yell at us rudely while we were trying to talk to each other. I responded to him calmly and he proceeded to yell further. We will not be returning. You have lost our business permanently with the behaviour of your worker today. Upon reading other reviews, it sounds like the new management is trying to make it sound like a previous owner acted poorly, but this happened under the new ownership today, December 27th, 2019.

I know labor cost is the main reason, but three of the past four times I've gone there the place was closed. Twice was on a Sunday, my fault I suppose. The other time was in the evening. Yeah it may be cheaper than the other guys" but once you factor in the gas cost of having to turn around if they're closed

I was here to wash my car. As the norm, the machines takes loonies and twoonies. The environment was clean and the wash was fine. Would be returning.

Amending this review after response from owner. Horrible experience with this owner. If you’re looking for a UHaul don’t go here. He made us 27 minutes late picking up the truck initially due to his inability to scan a drivers license into the system, slow movement and poor ability to explain. No there were no customers to wait behind, it just took him that long. Additionally, we had to wait over and hour and a half to drop the keys off. I tried to leave him the keys when we arrived to return and he told me to wait until he was finished with his other customers. When it was our turn, he told me I was “wasting my time by waiting around” and that “I should have just left after giving him the keys” even though we were acting on his instruction. Owner refused to take payment on a different credit card at pick up from the initial deposit card even though uhaul had told us we could. Further, we had our uhaul rented from 12 pm until 12 pm over 24 hours and he started calling us early the second day requesting it back early. We showed up an hour early as it was and he still complained it wasn’t early enough. Yelled at me as I was leaving, all the way out. He berates his customers if they address concerns and is incredibly rude. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Look at the way this man responds to his negative reviews and tell me you want to bring your business here.

Needed to wash my cargo trailer and the owner was extremely helpful in making that happen for me. He allowed me to tie up 2 bays at the same time and didn’t even charge me extra for the hassle. This will be my new car wash now. Very much appreciate the helpfulness!

Worst experience ever!!!! Worst customer service! After washing my car I was wiping my windshield inside the car. I been told by really rude worker to leave as Im blocking spot for other customers. Inside was only me, one more customer and 4 empty spots. Worker was unbelievable unmannerly. as he said he doesn’t make money while Im “siting” there. When I asked for couple minutes more worker said he doesn’t care and walked away. I could understand policy of not washing car inside if he would talk to me normal way. Instead of that I was attacked with anger. Really do not recommend this car wash to anyone. Awful and sad experience to be treated like that by person working in customer service.

Best car wash in Saskatoon 1$/min is the most affordable car wash price in pretty much everywhere i have been… easy access if you live in rosewood or Lakewood area… friendly owner rented u haul from him multiple times never had no issues at all..

If your looking to book a Uhaul, avoid this place at ALL costs. Owner is insufferable, rude and has terrible communication skills. Waited 2 hours for service in the loud washbay with nowhere to sit and a line of unhappy customers. Will never recommend, or return.

The staff was extremely rude, and turned off our air pressure. He was being racist and said things in a rude tone. We payed, understand that we are customers, he later shouted for us to hurry up, more people are coming in a very loud rude tone because we were Asian.

The worst car wash in the city. I used to wash my car here for months. But the service recently is too bad. Foam brush doesn't work or working but almost no foam! I called the owner and he said it's the same everywhere in this city. Bug spray also weak and leaking. Not worth the time and money. Going 5 more minutes to another carwash near 7-11 and it's awesome. Goodbye Suds Car Wash forever.
