It was our first time working with Cloud 9 AV. From the first time we met Jay to when the fantastic AV/lighting experts left our house (on time and budget!) it was an awesome experience. They took the time to listen to us and customized everything to our needs (let be real...wants). Anyway, we would highly recommend them. The many years of experience was highly evident throughout.

I had an incredible experience with Cloud 9 AV. They were professional, timely and super capable. They turned my ugly living room wall into a fantastic situation with a sleek TV that is digital art when the TV is not on. For me it is the perfect result. They gave me options and immediately took care of all my TV needs. All the extra wires that had previously muddied up my space are now gone. Cloud 9 AV planned and installed a complete home AV system for me, including two flat screen TVs and four Sonos sound zones. Derek and Cloud 9AV are the REAL deal when it comes to Control4. I’ve now been dealing with Cloud 9AV team for almost 4 years. They took over my system from Sound Solutions that installed my system because there service simply sucked! The BIG difference was Cloud 9AV ability to service the Control 4 system. They have a whole team behind them that are very good at what they do. The BEST is they do things when they say they will! Having a fully automated house is a dream until something goes on the fritz! Having a company that has your back is EVERYTHING! If your installing a Control4 system, definitely Cloud 9AV are the guys to go with. Just saying . . .

I’m not tech savvy and needed a TV + sound solution for a small space. Cloud9AV had great recommendations every step of the way. The Sonos Beam and Fire Stick suit our needs perfectly. I also really appreciated how handily the team installed the TV into an awkwardly shaped corner with a dual arm articulating mount. They set it all up so I didn’t have to do a thing. Cloud 9 did a great job setting up our TV''s and wifi as well as all the necessary cabling to ensure it all works well. They were very professional, helpful and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Was having internet challenges and struggling to accomplish virtual meetings among other other networking nightmares. Cloud 9 AV was referred by a friend and stepped right in and sorted out all of our family's internet needs. Even in a smaller house our challenges were big. C9's technical team made my family feel safe even during this challenging time. Highly recommend and feel that it was 100% worth the investment!

It was a sound decision we made as a church to hire Cloud 9 AV for installation of the sound system. Right from the call to Kevin, who has sent us an efficient technician Dave who visited the church as well as explained in detail with patience the best equipment needed for the church. The pricing was perfect and much much lower than we anticipated, however not compromising with quality. Amazing and hats off to the team.Finally I will need to give a big shout out for Rob and Harris who installed everything neatly, seamless and with no wires seen outside.Overall 3 best qualities to define the Dave, Rob & Harris - knowledgeable, patient and efficientFinally excellent team and company to work with for any sound system needs.Way to go guys and all the best.
