Rachel and Dave were incredible to work with in my hunt for my first property. They were quick to help me set up a portal and change it whenever needed so I could start scoping out places. Once I found a few that I wanted to check out, appointments were set up super fast. During the visits they were super knowledgeable when it came to thing to look at during the visit, why certain amenities would retain a better value for future resale, etc. It always felt like they had my best interest as their top priority and that was evident when we placed the offer on the property that I had won. We actually went in at a lower amount due to the offer situation and still won so they saved me some money!
