Rude staff, always an unpleasant experience. I was asked by the employee in the changing room to hang up all the clothes I tried on the hanger while there was a long line of people waiting. The whole point of her job is to do that herself, some of the clothes I had didn’t have hangers and I had a lot of clothing items. The audacity of trying to create tension and give me attitude because she didn’t want to do her job was really weird.Another time I waited for an item to be brought to me because they said they had one available and the worker never got back to me, they were talking for about 15 min. I walked up to them and asked if the item has come and she told me that they don’t have it anymore, but forgot to inform me so I waited that long for no reason. A waste of time. Management need to train people better and tell employees to do their jobs.

unfriendly staff with the rude face.I waited to get the size of the pants I chose, waited for more than 10 minutes then I asked again and said to wait a few more minutes. I finally saw some staff bring the items I wanted in for those employees to give me. but no, no one came out to tell me, I was waiting to see if they would come out to tell me or not, but they kept talking and laughing with each other, even though I was watching them. what? they are disrespecting the customers who are patiently waiting for their help. but they give up???I was wondering what am I doing wrong with them?

Be Careful of ordering online items... my items which were in excess of 500 were rerouted to the Eaton Store and they have not credited my account for over 3 weeks I am still waiting for my money to go back in the account. I have called them 3 times to remedy the problem.

Bought a $247 winter coat at full price. “Return or exchange within 30 days” they said on purchase. Don’t believe it for a minute: proof of transaction and never worn, but would not accept for return OR exchange. Staff absolutely unwilling to discuss. Coat left with staff regardless. Bad experience.

I want to give zero star if possible. Be careful! Their shoes are not demagnetized if you check out with self check out machine!! And nobody helps you at the machine so you have no clue and if you come back they don't care. worst customer service ever, would not buy their products.

I just needed to shout out Denise at the Zara Eaton Center! I love Zara app + typically shop online, but I had to go to the store to pick up a sale item at the Eaton Center location. Denise helped me locate a sale item, which was like finding a needle in a haystack. Denise, thanks for being so kind and helpful. You really make my shopping experience so positive and much easier - thank you!!

Just watched the general manager being dismissive to a non-white customer. Even more so, she was discussing that customer with someone else and both were laughing. This is disgusting.I asked for the name of that lady and she said that she is not allowed to give it to me. Here we are, it was a manager on duty may 17th, 2023 at 12.40 pm

Placed an online pick up in store order on June 1, the app said it would be ready for pick up by the 3rd. I stopped by on the 6th to collect it, the sales associate read my phone screen and said “it doesn’t say it’s arrived here yet. We don’t have it.” No problem, I wait a few days, my eticket still doesn’t say it’s ready for pick up. I go back every few days for a total of 4 times to ask if they could just check in case my items weren’t scanned in to say they were here, because a 14 day delivery to a store doesn’t seem likely. Each time they refused check for me, just “your phone says its not here so it’s not here.” Today I called the store number (hard to find their phone number btw) and after multiple attempts someone picks up. I ask him to check for me, he puts me on hold, and he says they have it. I’m wondering how long my items have been sitting in their store unaccounted for because the sales associates there refused to check for me? Wasted my time so many times and it’s clear they don’t actually care to do their jobs. Miserable.

Bought an item on line. It was in a sealed package. Had to open the package to try on the item, obviously. The lady at the store gave me attitude about the item being opened. Tried to explain clearly the packaging is going to be opened to put it on. How else would you now if it fits or not. Attitude and confusion only. Manager looked confused by her issue as well. He had no problem refunding it , like in 1 minute. I bought more items too so they got all their money back and more. And its not like their not going to put the item on the shelf again. So whats her issue. I will continue buying clothes cause I like them. But that one girl wrecked this location for me. She's simply mean. Not meant for customer service.

I have bought a couple items from Zara and can confidently say that the quality is absolute garbage. 100$ for a dress shirt in which the seams start to rip after one wash? Quality has gone horribly downhill in the last couple years
