We contracted with Creative Design to demo and renovate our basement.Dale came to our home and spent the time to ask us questions to get a better sense of our vision.After a short time he contacted us with a plan and a budget. We agreed to both and the work began on schedule. We were impressed with the team that Dale sent to our home. Everyone was friendly, professional and very skilled. A special shout out to Vern, Michael, Josh and Dave!As the work progressed, we were surprised how things quickly began to come together and take shape.We have had a number of renovations in our home over the years and this was, by far, the most positive experience we’ve had. Dale and Lorna always responded to our questions quickly and cheerfully.In the end, we have a lower level that far surpassed what we thought it could ever be. We would not hesitate to use Creative Design in the future or to recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their space.

Our project involved the renovation of three bathrooms.The renovation proceeded smoothly and was completed within the projected timeframe and within budget. Throughout the renovation, Dale was regularly on site at key junctures in the project and as a result was able to provide direction or resolve any issues identified by the the on-site staff and trades. He was always available to respond to any questions we had on a timely basis.We appreciate the high quality of the work performed on our renovation and are very happy with the completed product. We used Creative Design Contractors to finish our basement. We are absolutely in love with the finished product. It looks amazing and the compliments we’ve received are non-stop. The care and craftsmanship in the building process was second to none in our opinion. Jason was easy to work with and any changes we made along the way were easily dealt with. The workers, especially Josh our main carpenter, are extremely detailed in their work. All of them were very professional, courteous and respectful of our home and our family. We would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a major renovation project done in their home.

I finished my entire basement this winter using Creative Design. The project included adding a bedroom, bathroom, rec room, a storage closet and laundry room. I had talked to several contractors prior to hiring CDC and I have no doubt that I made the right choice. The renovation was done in budget and on time in spite of the work being done in the middle of a pandemic. I asked for a couple changes to the original quote and this was easily accommodated.Jason and Dale were both very responsive and answered any questions I had quickly and regularly came by to check on the progress of my basement.I can’t say enough about Creative Design’s crew. Every aspect was professionally handled by Creative Design.
