The service and care at Mr Pretzels at the Eaton Centre was fantastic! Pritesh and Riya were friendly and my kids loved the cinnamon sugar bites. Highly recommend it as it’s made fresh and you can see it all being done. Excellent!!

If you open at 10. I expect you to be ready to serve guests at 10. Let alone 11 when I showed up. Not only will I not come back. I will tell others as well.

This place is pretty nice. Great to stop by and have a quick snack when roaming the mall. Service was great and pretzels were warm and delicious

Terrible cashier makes this the worst location. Friday evening June 23, whoever owns this place needs to know your cashier is completely ruining your business. Refused to make the cheese stick because it will take 15mins (takes 5-7mins I get it regularly). Then proceeded to give us an old pretzel that she felt was fresh enough because it came out 15mins ago lol it is supposed to be fresh! She suggested we pay again if we want a fresh one. The guy behind her gave us a fresh one and we returned the one I bit into. This woman was very rude.
