Steve has done great work on repairs for us in the past, Lisa is very friendly and great to deal with.Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality gunsmith.

Precision arms is a shop for serious shooters and guns lovers, Steve is one of best Gunsmith in North America, he has a lot work on his hands like all good Gunsmith , very few remaining now.If you have an expensive gun or any to repair , I would not trust any other Gunsmith to do it.

I Purchased ‘at auction’ and with quick nervous phone call Lisa and Steven calmed my anxiety over ‘the purchase’ and really set me at ease. Looking forward to continued business. BTW, easy to talk with, very knowledgeable and I loved their inventory. No where have I seen or touched such art.

I searched on Google and they came up, they were pretty full in fall of 2022 so they put me on a waiting list for Feb 2023. Got a call to bring it in Jan 2023 instead. Brought in a semi automatic Marlin 22 and there was a bit of a delay for them to look at it, as there was lots of other people ahead of us. The customer service was fantastic, Lisa was super! she always had nice tone when speaking to customers, she seems to be bilingual and treated me very nicely. The atmosphere of the business place was very different though, inside can do with an update and smells of old cigarette smoke that has been fused into the carpet and the few items of clothing that they've been trying to sell, most of the items for sale in the store looks like it's been there for some time and may appeal to the folks who are more old school in that respect. I really disiked the fact that as a business place the old smoky smell doesn't hit them everyday when they walk in - I guess either they have become so used to the smell or they just don't see it as as something to be bothered with. They also have a beautiful doggy in the shop but he is locked away, it's mixed emotions to see him locked up but at the same time some people respect not having a dog all over their personal space when conducting business, maybe they can keep him behind the counter so he can move around abit without disturbing the customers. After the rifle was ready they were patient with my late pick up after a few days. With taxes it came up just over a bill but unfortunately the rifle is now at a state where he'll be good on a wall, no more shooting for that guy. I am very pleased with Lisa, she is the highlight of the business and I loved dealing with her and with me being a person of visible minority" she didn't make me feel differently at all. All these stars go to Lisa but I hope to see some improvements in the atmosphere the next time I visit. I would put Lisa in charge of the face-lift project. I do recommend just be careful if allergic to smoke/ dust."

Wonderful customer service. As a new shooter, I was devastated when my shotgun had an issue. I was panic, stressed and not sure what to do. I was referred by another gunsmith to go see Steve. When I arrived, Lisa was patient and kind to reassure me that Steve will look into it, fix it and will ensure the shotgun is safe before returning back to me.When they called me, my shotgun is ready for pickup. I was jumping up & down for joy. The issue was resolved and the service fee is very reasonable.Once again, thank you .. thank you .. & thank you.

Was waiting to meet a friend at the Kiss'n'ride located at 400/King Sdrd so thought I would pop into the store to see what they had in stock. Boy was I disappointed! Overpriced clothing, lot's of over priced used rifles and it was like I was asking for a favour just to have them respond to a question about anything. Needless to say I didn't stay long. I asked to see a rifle and the lady behind the counter not only wanted to see my PAL, she wanted to hang on to it?! I actually liked the rifle but did not like the way I was treated so I handed it back and left. Too bad as they lost a $2k sale but they didn't seem to care. I would not recommend them to anyone

Not an off the mill gun store. Their weapons are unique and have a class of their own. I have visited them a couple of times and Lisa was very nice. Allowed me to have a close look at some of her inventory and even picture them. I have purchased some real good weapons from them. Always a pleasure doing business with them.

Very disappointed with the service and treatment. I took a gun to be repaired and they given a estimation of the cost. I said OK. After few months there was a phone call to said that- We could repaired you gun but the cost will be $$$ more. Me answer was- Ok but if the gun is no working properly I will expect a refund for the $ I paid. Yes because my answer even as I was willing to paid the $ amount they ask for, they refused to repair the gun because the don't trusted me as I said that - IF THE GUN IS NO WORNING PROPERLY I WILL EXPECT A REFUND FOR THE $ I PAID.

I wish I could give 10 stars rather than 5 to this place! Fantastic people and impeccable service.Lisa and Steve are very easy going and accommodating. I was not sure if I was able to have my stock fitted perfectly, and I was going to sell the gun if it doesn’t work for me. But Lisa and Steve are so patient and make sure that I understand what could be done to make sure the shotgun fit me as much as possible. When Lisa called me and asked me to mount the fitted stock on the shoulder, my God that’s a game changer! I immediately felt the difference when I mount the gun, and I can’t help smiling at the change they gave me.I can’t speak for others, but I would for sure visit them whenever I need gunsmithing service.
