Maison Concepts: Canada's Best Online Home Decor Provider

I cannot give a five star because initially we got the wrong product. There was a mixup between our order and another customer. I will say that within hours of sending them an email, they contacted me by phone and were very apologetic. Asked that the wrong item be donated to charity and immediately sent me the correct item.

I purchased a bench that was delivered damaged. I notified them the day of delivery of the damage. They kept emailing me from a noreply email address. I finally got a reply of where I could send pics of the damage. They then said it was too late to offer a replacement.

I ordered a product through Loblaws that was fulfilled by this company. I received my order the next day but was not what I ordered (completely different item). When calling the company they assured me that a replacement would arrive in the next two days (I also offered to give the other item back but was told no to keep it). After a month, multiple phone calls, another on which I was told a third replacement would be at my door the next day, I still have not received the item or heard from them. Thank goodness I received a refund from Loblaws, but very poor customer service on Maison Concepts end. I would not recommend purchasing products from them.

We ordered two room divider panel screens to help us cope with lockdown life. They are beautiful and arrived in record time, even for normal circumstances but certainly under Covid. Communication was excellent in pre and post purchase. Obviously there is a lot of heart in this company and I can thank them enough for getting everything just right for our needs. The company is onestop place to buy the household things. I ordered storage compartment and bench. The delivery was quick and prompt. I was extremely pleased with the packing and the product which i received. Highly recommend it to all the newcomers into the country as their price is also very affordable.

I recently ordered lamps for my new house. I was so happy with the quality, they make my house look great. I ordered online, and it ended up being 2 separate orders but each one arrived in a very timely manner- faster than we expected. The updates on tracking are great. Great experience over all!
