I don't want to be rude but i think the staff needs to be trained properly. My workplace is nearby and this is the only Tim Hortons which is near by my work place. I often go there around 3. And it's been 5 to 6 times already that I've got the wrong order. The service is really bad. I ordered steep tea triple triple with chai tea bag and this is 3 or 4th time they only gave me chai tea no steep tea and i have to tell them every time to stir the tea. And when I don't ask to stir it they don't do.People don't pay their hard earn money to get wrong orders every time.

I think this is the worst service that I ever had. I was standing at the counter for five minutes, and no one ever come to serve me. I saw people running around at the drive-thru. One of the rude staff told me it was my problem that I was standing at the wrong side and that side was not opened. But unfortunately, there’s no sign to show me it was closed. The rude staff said there was someone standing at the back of the other side…. But trust me, she was hiding at the back and not standing at the front of the counter. Otherwise, I would see her since I’m not blind. I ordered a coffee without sugar., but the lazy hiding staff gave me the wrong order. The rude staff even told me if you want you can using our drive-thru service, then someone will serve you quicker. I’m just wondering why you keep your counter open if you don’t want to serve the people who walk in.

Slow service, delivered my order wrong. I ordered through mobile app and the order was not made right. Turkey Bacon Club sandwich was missing bacon… and look at how the person who prepped the Turkey just slapped it on without separating the layers. When I worked at Tim Hortons we had to separate it so you won’t bite into a mush of cold cuts. They have never done it right here. I would not recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone unless you like to be surprised by your order. I give this one star because today the person at the Drive Thru was well mannered (I visit this location often because I work nearby). I may stop coming when I have used up all my Tim Cards balance.

Absolutely terrible service. Very poor quality control regarding the staff and the food. The staff lacks basic communication skills and are borderline rude and disrespectful. Their scheduled times are inconsistent and they stop making sandwiches extremely early. This has been an ongoing issue for many years now and I’ve only now decided to provide a review because I’ve lost hope that they could ever improve. To call them a restaurant would be insulting to every other restaurant in the area. I’ve decided to drive the extra distance to the Major Mac location because I can actually be served there with decent food, decent customer service, and all within a timely manner.They need to have a complete overhaul of their management. Embarrassing!

I ordered via mobile app and my order has been fulfilled in a timely manner via drive thru.The drive thru entrance is located at the back of the plaza but not difficult to find at all. It’s pretty spacious so no need to be worried about scratching your car.Staff are friendly and professional.It’s my first time at this location and I haven’t read any reviews prior to my visit. When I’m leaving my review, I saw so many negative 1 star reviews. I don’t know if they are true but my experience was quite good. Nothing to complain so far.

I recently visited Tim Hortons in Richmond Hill and while the restaurant offers the standard Tim Hortons food and beverages, my overall experience was less than satisfactory. For those unfamiliar, Tim Hortons is a Canadian fast-food chain that specializes in coffee, doughnuts, and other baked goods. The restaurant is conveniently located, but the drive-through is very busy and tends to be slow. I have often found it difficult to understand the orders through the speaker and have had issues with my orders more than once. The location is old but decently maintained, but it seems to be mostly frequented due to its convenience. The restaurant is a good option if you're looking for a quick and easy meal, but I would recommend checking your order before leaving the drive-thru to avoid any issues.

I ordered the cilantro lime chicken bowl i just get on only 1 strip of chicken 1single leaf of lettuce for veggies you see 1% moreover i was getting from another store its so heavy but today I’m in hurry made wrong decision instead 10$ for this not fair

Employees rude. Mess up my order all the time. Asked for sugar in my cappuccino, didn’t get any, asked to add it, they played dumb and made drama of it. Oh, they also discussed it after very loud so I could hear them. Sometimes ingredients are not fresh and you can taste it in your sandwich.
