Point S -Garage Pneus Trudeau Mécanique

I'm a regular customer as I live 2 blocks away from the garage, and got disappointed by their service for couple years now, and finally got fed up with them.My last visit with them was to replace the exhaustion pipe and check on the battery, and the car came back with 2 additional problems (headlights and radio broke). Needless to say, they didn't fix the problem, said they can't do it, and charged me for the evaluation.Big time dishonest, overcharges for everything, and below average service and quality.

Friendly employees but to expensive there haha!!! I never been in an mechanicer, there was so expensive like here, omg

Have had great experiences everytime I used their services. They are friendly, good communicators!

On Saturday the 17th I showed up without an appointment, was told there was no room and that I definitely needed an appointment. Made the appointment for today October 24th (the next Saturday) at 11 am. I was told they close at 12pm. It is currently 11:55am as I'm writing this and my car has yet to even be looked at. What's the point of having an appointment if you're not going to respect it.. I took a day off of work to get this dealt with, and this is what I get. I will never recommend Point S on Victoria ever. After arriving at home I noticed that the tires were too stiff. Upon further inspection. My front tires were set correctly at 30psi but my back tires were set to 45psi. I had to go back there to get the issue resolved. When I arrived there the mechanic apologized (which I forgave him as stuff like that does happen occasionally) but the person in charge that day, said nothing and let he mechanic take the blame, that along with making up excuses.Paid for mounting and balancing my tires along with replacing the valve stems.None of my valve stems were changed and I was charged for it. PATHETIC.

Basic mechanics, wheel balancing was off and could definitely use some training in how to keep customer’s car clean. Placing a plastic cover on the driver’s seat would be a great beginning. When asked why they don’t place a plastic cover, the response was “their mechanic is super clean”! Wonder what he thinks about the pandemic as he sits at his service desk with NO mask on?

I had used this garage for changing tires and used their storage for that. no problem there, hence the one star.I thought I will use them for oil change as well. So, took an appointment and took my car ( a 2018 Honda Civic) there. they asked if I want a winter inspection and I said yes (why not?). After a couple of hours they called and advised me the rear brakes need a change and asked if i want them to change it that afternoon. I thought it will save me time so I said Yes to that as well.Around the end of their business time, they told me the car will be fixed in 10 mins so I went there to pick up my car. There, they advised they cannot bring the vehicle mode from service mode back to normal, so offered me a loaner till they can fix it. They said probably a wire was cut or a sensor needs to be changed. They advised no cost for me. they just need time to diagnose it and fix it.I followed up the next day (day 2)and they were not yet able to fix it.I followed up the following day (day 3) and still not diagnosed/not fixed.Day 4, they called and said one wire was loose which they fixed but the batteries are dying and they told me they need to be changed although it is working now but in a couple of days I might face issues.At this point, I have lost all my trust and told them, I will take my car to Honda services for batteries and asked them to let me know when I can pick up my car.I had to follow up with them again around the end of their business hours because they did not tell me when the car is ready. This time, they told me they cannot start the car because batteries are dead!!I told them how frustrated I am about this. I proposed I call for Honda Road Assistance to tow the car and fix the batteries at Honda Services but if there would be any charges for the towing the garage should accept it. They did not accept it. they did not apologize. They showed their true colors.They simply did not deserve my trust and my business. I don't recommend this garage because they performed poorly and acted entitled after causing so many issues. An apology and a cooperation with Honda Road Assistance could have changed the ending of this story but they don't know a better customer service!!

Excellent service, brought the car there to get fixed up and my lord was I happy with the results. Great customer service as well. Very honest people, they DO NOT try to scam or take advantage. Would recommend to anyone and will be going back anytime I need something done!

Had an urgent problem with my car leaking engine oil, they provided swift and communicative service, called before performing work etc. They quickly offered me a loaner vehicle for the time the car would take but I declined.Will be back for work in the future! Thank you guys!

These guys are perfect for ripping people out. They ripped me $170 out just to tell me what is my car's problem and provided me a cost estimation. Also, they charged me $150 for renewing the oil and replace the winter tires (which were already on the wheel)!Fortunately, I didn't trust them let them repair my car then I visited another mechanic. Not only they inspected wrongly, but also the cost estimation was almost twice! I would never recommend them even for a visit.
