UPS Access Point location
My parents used to joke around saying that UPS stood for Useless Piece of ****" and now I have to agree.I "missed" the delivery attempt so I had to pay a friend to drive me to go pick up my package (30+ pounds) since I don't have a car and when I get there they're closed! Their hours state on their front door Monday- Friday 10am-5p. I called UPS that morning to make sure this location had my package and they said yes

UPS Access Point location
I came to send a package and asked to print a label, I was told that they could not print the label (although there is a printer) because ups forbids doing this. I offered to pay 10 times more for the paper, but they still refused me, this is nonsense and a waste of time.
