We were so thrilled when we got a hint that the space lil' Empire moved into was being renovated into a new location of lil' Empire as we had found and loved the Bridgeland location.This location is fabulous with what I would consider the best smash burger in the city.

Move over Peter's!This place is excellent! There's fun retro video game artwork on the walls and the staff are very personable. Shout out to Kevin the kitchen manager, dude is a great cook and people person.As for the food, the burger was messy and delicious and I reckon that's what you want when you're going to a modern style diner like this. Highly recommend the classic empire burger to introduce yourself; Top left of the menu, can't miss it.This is a great spot to come to with your pals! I didn't have a picture for the burger because I inhaled it.- Nuff said -

First time at Lil Empire and it was well worth the visit . Unique decor and love the ‘ merch ‘ - t shirts are very cool. Burgers are ‘ smashed ‘ and delicious, very well prepared and just the right amount of spice & flavour . Had the dirty fries which were tasty but not quite worth the $6.99 .Friendly staff , very clean and parking just outside .Will definitely visit again ( and maybe but a t shirt )

Delicious burgers, fries chicken and shakes!! The dirty fries were a special favourite.The burgers were so tasty with soft buns that were ideal vessels for the perfectly smashed burger and toppings. They give you lots of napkins for a reason!The nuggies were good and proper chicken bites. Yummy with the secret sauce.Inviting atmosphere and very clean. All packaging and utensils are compostable. (Excellent !) And the bathrooms are roomy and clean. The floor’s actually sparkle!Great music playing. Beautiful location.We cannot wait to return and eat everything else on the menu!

Great food but horrible service. Had to wait an initial 33 mins (pre-ordered food) but when we got there we were given a buzzer to wait. Ended up waiting for an extra 23 mins. People who came in after us picked up their orders and left while we still waited. Happy that I did not tip in advance for such bad serviceNo consideration for peoples lives.

Small, paper thin $8 burgers and bland fries. The Lil Empire burger is about as thin as you can get while still being able to flip it. The fries ($4) were disappointing: dry and with little flavour. That said, the quality of the burger ingredients were top notch. The atmosphere is pleasant as well and service was perfectly fine. Complimentary self-serve filtered water is a nice touch. It was an okay"experience overall

StunnedAs we waited for our order Friday February 3,2023.I watched the cook put our complete order on the pass, then said ready for pick up.He turned around took fries off our tray as our food was on the pass. Yes this area is high enough you can see all around the restaurant.Asked for a manager.I believe he said his name was Mark.I explained what I had seen. He protected the staff and said they are trained to taste.But off my plate and at the pass so I can see the cook eating our food.Burger was good fries were good.Will never go back.

Excellent smash style burger with a deep drink menu. Service was good, and I like the decor and design. I will say the standard fries were not overly impressive, but overall a very good experience. Would recommend.

I took my kiddo here on Valentine's Day and I was not disappointed. The staff were amazing and the food was great, I'm so happy to have a Lil' Empire in the neighbourhood.
