I’m not good at service when you send money the didn’t give on time they’re very bad

The MEAT IS VERY SUSPICIOUS. VERY SCARY.BETTER TO TRACK THEIR SUPPLIER AND WHERE IT COMES FROM. OTHER SPICY THINGS ARE NOT REAL AT ALL.I WOULD LIKE TO SUPPORT THEM, IF THEY PROVIDE QUALITY THINGS.

Today my husband and I went to get some meat, we were with a friend of ours who is an acquaintance of the guy who works there. The meat they gave me was not fresh at all while my friend was given some good meat. This is not the first time this has happened to me, they play favoritism.

It is a place where you can buy Ethiopian/Eritrean home needed stuff. I buy enjera here all the time. However, they don't take Mask wearing seriously. A lady was at the counter and sneezed twice by removing the mask from her face. I was really upset, and I asked her why she did that. Strangely enough, she replied she didn't want the Virus to remain in her mask. Two years into this pandemic, she still doesn't know why people put on a mask. So I told her what she did was unsafe. So to the owner of this store I say please speak to your employees about proper use of masks". We have kids at home. We don't want to infect our kids with Covid. Thank you."

I wish I can give them zero. I am very disappointed with the service we had today. They are not fair when it comes to helping customers. Some of us lining up for a while and some of them will just get in the store and get service. Speaking specific languages shouldn’t be a privilege to be treated different. Are you kidding me ??? No one is relative to a business. Customer should be treated equal. They should all line up and get the service. I can’t believe unfairness still happening while you are in north America. Wake up people, this is not Africa. Treat everybody equal. I am also so surprised with the customer themselves, in which store you got this kind of unfairness???? Come on don’t act the same as you were back home!! The customer who don’t line up to get the service are the most uncivilized person ever. If you are new to North America, I understand it takes time.!!

I went today to pick up Injera, after taking what I wanted I headed to pay, the cashier seemed listless and unfriendly, the worst experience I have ever had.
