Fraser Ear, Nose & Throat Medical Clinic

Expect to be strung along for almost a year, be sent for hearing tests and MRIs after a 5 month waiting period each if you're not willing to pay out of pocket, and ultimately never receive help. I was never even given the opportunity to fully describe my problems or symptoms. Nothing was ever seriously explored and I'm left at square one.Beyond disgusting.

I had a morning appointment at 9.45 am (phone) and Dr Mickelson called at 9.20 am and I was driving and din't receive a call (instead a voice message). When I called to rebook, they gave me a day three months after. It was not my fault and I was waiting for a year for this appointment.

Dr.Morzaria was an absolutely arrogant you know what he mis diagnosed me twice. Second time i called him out told him to actually look at the camera recordings that were taken He did. PattedMeOn the back and said yup your getting surgery. No sorry your right nothing. Zero accountability . TotalClown zero people skills. Went to dr Kwak by surreyMemorial and got an actually professional and started process all over. 1 is too high of a rating

Dr. Mori & the front desk staff were very helpful to me. When I voiced my concerns about my ear health they were kind and reassuring. After seeing Dr. Mori a second time and deciding on a procedure to help my issue, I was booked me for the procedure swiftly after. The procedure went smoothly and Dr. Mori was thorough and made me feel comfortable and taken care of. The procedure went very well. I recommend this clinic and Dr. Mori as a good ENT.

After seeing this doctor I checked his reviews, not surprising that they’re on par with our experience. Not impressed with Dr. Dickson secretary, as she was unprofessional, unhelpful and slightly rude. Dr. Dickson definitely has to be one of the worst pediatric specialists I’ve taken my kids to see and only saw him as children’s ENT clinic has a very long waitlist! His bedside manners are terrible, especially when kids need a gentle and caring doctor the most. He was rough with my child when quickly looking in his ears and then quickly putting the scope down his throat, not at all how another one of my kids or myself have experienced with other much better specialists, who treated us with care, respect and compassion.. He was unsympathetic and ignorant towards our concerns for our child’s health issue. We waited 8 months to get in to see him for an appointment that lasted no longer than 5 minutes! Total waste of time and effort driving that distance to see this doctor. His last name would be more perfect for him if he took the ‘son’ out of it!

As a patient with Dr. Dickson for over 10 years, I would definitely recommend him with his professional and caring manner on top of his adept knowledge.When I was little, I remember experiencing hearing loss and pain in my ear. Despite being referred to several otolaryngologist, none of them could find the issue until I was referred to Dr. Dickson who had performed multiple surgeries on my ear.With my young self, I remember finding the operating room to be an intimidating place, with unfamiliar equipment and people dressed in strange blue outfits with masks. However, what comforted me was knowing that I was in capable hands. Thank you, Dr Dickson.

I saw Dr Morzaria for an issue with my ears, he was great, my only reason for this rating is I haven't heard back in 3 months, after he said his staff would be in touch regarding booking further tests at the hospital to understand what's going on. When I called today, Tuesday Aug 9 at 12:39pm the answering machine said they were closed and to call back during business hours. It says on their website that the phone hours go till 3pm weekdays. If someone could get in touch with me I'd really appreciate it.. .I find this to be not very professional. . .

I'll give 2 stars for the front desk. I saw dr Mickelson Few months ago regarding my constant throat clearing which has taken over my life literally its so annoying even hurts my throat has changed my voice .I was told including in my follow up appt that I have acid reflux and was put on a medication that still hasn't done anything for me. Today I saw dr Morzaria.. I was told no allergies zero problem and that Iam clearing my throat out of habit! I was shocked to hear that I mean its not my hobby to clear my throat. Its a need if I dont do it I'll probably choke and die !! And now I've been prescribed this and that to figure the cause of it only if iam not doing out of habit. I mean why the heck wouldI waste my time going in for these appts if its not bothering me ! Ridiculously waste of my time.

I have seen by doctor mori twice in a year and having an issue with my both ears. But doctor told me that my ear are ok only little wax and tinnitus issue and he cleaned it but no improvement and then I have made an appointment with Edmonton ent specialist and he examined the problem that my eustachian tube are blocked. At least I found the problem and solution . Very bad experience with doctor mori. I told him so many times and he never see properly.

Dr. Tyler Mori is the worst doctor ever. This is coming from my own experience, but when I say that he does not care about your well-being, I am not lying. He takes no more than 5 minutes to assess" and "treat" your issues
