Our 150 year old oak tree broke 20 feet from ground and it hung over 4 neighbouring houses, garages, gardens, fences and the Bell/Rogers communication lines for the street.Very dangerous and technical tree removal. Excellent service from start to finish. Andre & Peter were superb onsite at our home!!So friendly, thorough and very knowledgeable as they trimmed our overgrown 30 year front yard tree. Came back same day after hours to offer some touch ups and left everything spotless. Took their time and did everything just right.Great customer service, excellent result - Thank You!!

From the consultation to the service it self what a great bunch of folks! Friendly, timely, considerate and exceptional at what they do. I can not speak highly enough of everyone at Heritage Tree Care. They even knew how to maneuver with our busy/no parking + garbage day (!) streets and didn’t inconvenience our neighbours while at it. We have a very large oak tree and maple tree in our backyard and since purchasing the property, a proper evaluation had never occurred. We did have a different tree company prune the trees a few years back, but that experience was lack lustre compared to this one! The Heritage Tree Care knowledge and recommendations are exceptional, they are true arborists. From explaining the tree growth, to what needs to happen to maintain balance for a healthy tree, they helped us understand their strategy and plan. They completed the work professionally (prompt, clean, communicative) and were so friendly throughout the entire process. Oh and the pricing was extremely reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

The team did a great job pruning a large maple, an overgrown lilac stand , and honeysuckle shrub. Knowledge, friendly crew who took pride in the quality of their work. Our yard was left tidy and looking great! This is our third time using Heritage Tree care. Highly recommended.

Heritage Tree Care did a great job trimming our overgrown Beech Tree hedge as well as pruning the other trees in the yard.They arrived with a large crew to address the size of job and left the yard and pool clean and debris free. Great job !Happy to refer the and have already done so.

Heritage came out the season before to give me an estimate and schedule the tree removal and planting. They called to confirm in a timely fashion, answered questions and gave good advice. When it came time to do the work, the team was professional and friendly and treated my yard with care. It has only been a few days, but I am very pleased with the new trees so far.
