Been burned by this service department before but yesterday was the last straw. Took my ‘17 Wrangler in because the engine light had been on for a few days. Was still running fine. 3.5 hours later they finally come get me from the waiting room and tell me the parts I need are not under warranty and will be $1700 to fix. For a Fuel Neck Filler and Fuel Cap. Absurd. Was long overdue but I will not be returning to this dealership again. Be careful and diligent if you bring your vehicle to this service department.
