Chris & his staff were kind, considerate & professional in inspecting our old storm-damaged roof in early winter. He made suggestions to tarp our roof & sent us a reasonable quote. We quickly agreed & he tarped our roof in a timely fashion to secure our warmth & safety through the winter! First sign of no frost or rain, as promised, Chris & his guys worked like a well-oiled machine & completed our new roof with extra insulation. Chris was very professional from the start to finish. Straightforward, to the point and quick responses. He also provided a roofing diagram to understand the quote. He answered all of my questions and advised on extras that are a waste of money. The price was very competitive, I got quotes from 10 roofers. The only bit of hiccup was the weather. But we got a couple of good sunny days where Chris started on time and finished on time with no interruptions. Chris sent me photos throughout the installation and also did some extra trimming/finishing work. All in all a great experience.
