“Urgent care” only if you’re on the brink of death, otherwise you will constantly be pushed behind other patients - even if they arrive hours after you. Arrived 2mins past opening time, but spent 3.5 hours waiting only to be told ‘yeah we will keep putting people ahead of you if we don’t think you’re severe enough’. Meanwhile my girlfriend could not breath normally due to her sickness. Nothing like judging your patients at face value. Worse than waiting at a hospital - at least there’s order and organisation there. Don’t waste your time here unless moments away from death.

The man at the front door does a great job of communicating and feels like he genuinely cares. The chiropractor and physician we saw were also very caring and attentive. I will definitely think of this clinic first next time. All the staff were great!

Terrible service. 6 hours wait and no info on how much longer. Tells me could be several hours yet and that if I run next door to grab food I'll lose my place. This system is very broken, this urgent care is anything but. I left after 6.5 hours as without food I felt so much worse this place and it's policies actually made me feel worse. I'd do 0 zero stars if it was an option.

Went this morning and couldn’t believe the wait and overheard a dude saying he’d been waiting four hours already and sick of waiting and left. So, I left too. But if it wasn’t for me being such a stoner, I wouldn’t be going back. But I’m gonna try to go and hope my name finally gets called. Ya nvr know.Anyway, for the time being while I was there before I found out that had wait 5 hours, they took great care told I me probably needed stitches. So I did go back a few hours later and saw them again and these people are great caregivers. I was checked in, assessed, stitched and sent on my way in less than an hour. All in all, I recommend going here over the ER. Both have great people working tirelessly and professionally, but primary care beats the hospital by a long shot because the wait time is significantly shorter. As long there is not to many people, your best bet is primary care.

waited an hour to see a nurse, sent back to the waiting room for 3 hours until i could see a doctor, which that visit took about 15 minutes, they clearly have no idea what they’re doing… prescribed me mouth wash for the stomach flu?? i don’t have the stomach flu…

I have never had such a humanizing and wonderful experience in Healthcare my entire life. Both Dr. Andrew Brown, and Dr. Daphne Greene were incredibly kind and patient. I have for so long been stuck in the loop of not being taken seriously, and being promised referrals or care that never comes. But here, they took care of me as soon as I saw the doctors. I can't express how amazing they were. The receptionists and the social worker I spoke with (Kasey? I think?) Were also just the sweetest people ever. These people put up with so much, it's a testament to their passion for their work, as they still show up with the amount of compassion they do. Yes, the wait times can be very long. This system is based off priority so don't expect to be seen within 30 minutes. But for the care you get, it is so worth it. The folks here have basically restored my faith in humanity. Thank you all <3

Kind staff but severely disappointed in how they prioritize people. I spent over 5 hours sitting there quietly (while in severe pain) just to be turned down at the very end when I could’ve gotten away with a 10 minute visit and a prescription. But no. Clearly being in pain doesn’t bump you up and you’ll most likely sit there all day, wasting your time for a MAYBE you’ll be seen. So if you have a life and don’t have hours to give for a maybe, don’t waste your time.

Came in for an ongoing issue, when I did the intake with the nurse she told me this is urgent care and for people without physicians.. why are you here? I explained my fam doc was on holiday and an appointment had been made but my issue couldn’t wait to see her. She asked me if I could just “suck it up” until Monday band was it really urgent that I was here….not sure why we this can’t be accessible to people who just want help?! I definitely won’t be coming back to this location

Honestly.. for how many walk ins I've been to, everyone here is always so kind, accomidating and helpful. Especially the doctors and nurses. For how unpleasant walk ins are, they make it as pleasant as possible and I want to say thank you for providing that for me.
