Not totally impressed with the work done. It was okay at best. It’s a student working on you so for a student it’s okay.

okay school... however the teachers were not nice to students, many times overheard them being scolded for something they werent given clear rules on, such as not drinking water or 'properly' folding a towel? also Kerri's (?) personal skills erenot to up to par, as when i looked at her head i could very clearly see chunks of extensions that honestly looked like they were put strait over the hair. maybe she is a good cosmetologist, i can tknow for sure but what i do know is i would never let her near my hair to find out!

Called in the morning to get a haircut and was able to get in today. Had a lovely experience with Baillie. She did a fantastic job and made me feel very welcome.
