Excellent service. Fred came out and measured it all up and explained the process. He checked in with us as there was a delay in processing order with Home depot . Mory installed countertop sink and faucets , was very professional and efficient .So happy with how it looks, thank you.

If there was an option for a negative stars I would give it. Mega counter tops does sloppy work, they don’t seal there seams, They don’t seal around the sink that they install, they don’t level there sinks, such that the water can drain properly, they don’t measure properly such that when you get your countertop it doesn’t fit and you have to spend money to deal with the gaps that they’ve left, and then they don’t take ownership of the sloppy and incomplete install when they are shown the work. This is very unprofessional and they don’t care that you’re unhappy and they are OK with this level of poor service and ill quality and they don’t want to fix their mistakes. I have called a lot of countertop installers and none of them can understand why Mega doesn’t seal their seams with a waterproof putty. I had a laminate countertop in my house for 15 years and there was nothing wrong with it when Mega removed it, but we were upgrading the kitchen to a different colour so that’s why we got a new counter. And our previous countertops were installed amazingly and had seals in the seams and we never had any issues. Mega also contracts with Home Depot so they like to hide behind Home Depot. When they are called to action to fix their poor workmanship they somehow forget all the issues and don’t reply. Do not use Mega. If Home Depot wants to contract to them ask them for a different installer. You’ll be spending a lot of time and your own money to deal with your dispute in court. Luckily Home Depot has done right by us and we r getting new countertops with a better installer. Don’t waste your time and money on this company, they are not worth it. Mega does not want to do good work, they want to make a quick buck, they do not want to make customers happy by providing what they ordered, and they obviously just want to make some quick cash through Home Depot and walk away.

Yesterday I had my kitchen countertop installed by Mega Countertops and it was a top notch installation. I was impressed by the workmanship and eye to detail. The installer even fixed up the plumbing fixtures (which was a little tricky due to the house being older) to ensure no leaks. I highly recommend Mega. Thank you.

Had countertops done in a suite and it was top notch workmanship. The technician even put your sink and faucets in and take care of the plumbing all for amazing prices. Have used them many times and they never fail to amaze. Our technician was Mory and he was great start to finish and made sure all the plumbing worked before he left.
