Had my car impounded for excessive speed, which I admit was dumb. I called a few times to get personal effects from the car, as a friend needed to get some shoes from the car because of the orthotics. When I was arranging a time, the response was 'Again??' I informed them that I hadn't been there yet. Also got told that the owner wanted the tow fee before I got my things. The next day, I then got told that it was also storage up to that point.When I arrived at the arranged time (9 a.m.), there was no one there. I called to say that I had arrived, and when someone did arrive, it was 45 minutes later, and I was told to call an hour earlier to my arrival by the man that let me in. I had arranged it a day before.Not only that, the dog they had with them when I picked up my stuff from the car took off with what they had said were impound papers, and the dog tore them apart in the neighboring business parking lot.The day that I thought the car was to be released, the second time I called to arrange something, the woman that answered kept interrupting me.I get it was an impound, but not exactly what I would expect from a business. Rather unprofessional.

Worst, most unprofessional behavior I have EVER endured! The guy yelled at me and threatened to kick me out of his dirty and disgusting place of business for asking him to explain the exorbitant charges he expected me to pay. Horrible experience in Sicamous! The Dispatch was very vague and did not seem to have basic answers to basic questions. This is NOT A GOOD CHOICE!!!!!

call Anyone else to come get your vehicle if you are in an accident. The drivers are surly, downright rude, and will actually YELL at you for DARING to spend their time to open the yard so you can remove your personal items. Too busy trying to impress he female passenger, perhaps. Very unorganized, not even sure which cars they have towed in, and will hold your car as hostage before you get your items out, even if you have collision and are covered by icbc

Eagle Rock did a great job at towing my truck at an unfortunate time. Honest, good communication and very fair rates! +1 for the flatbed driver (Kevin?) who beat the taxi to the pickup!

Had a “sanitation charge” of $40 on our tow invoice. The car when picked was filthy dirty, it even had a can of redbull(we have never had one in our life) that did not belong to us.It’s such a shame how businesses like these try to use COVID as an excuse and take advantage of people

March 2, 2019: Car trouble 5 kms east of Sicamous mid-afternoon. Called Eagle Rock Towing and John came in 15 minutes. Excellent, efficient service. Thank you to John, and Helen, in the office.
