Has to be the worst McDonalds I have ever been too! How hard is it to take an order and get it right. If your out of something shouldnt your cashier be informed? Why do i have to wait to get my food to hear they dont have what I order, then tell them what ill take in place of it and not get that either?? Total waste of my time and money!!

Really bad experience. Girl wouldn't take my order for fries even though they started making them in 5 minutes. I ordered a water which turns out comes out of the Iced Tea Fountain line. She angrily came to me to correct my mistake of not understanding the machine. The water was not clear so I never drank it. The order also took 10 min to get. All I ordered was 3 hashbrowns, 1 coffee and a water. Strange location. My first McDonald's experience in 20 years. Won't go back

Brutal. They REALLY need to work on their speed. The quality is hit or miss, but I can never go here in the morning anymore because I would always be late for work. They usually have a lineup and then a 2nd lineup by the fountain of people waiting for their food looking very annoyed. It actually would be faster for me to cook an entire breakfast at home or get through a 25 car lineup at Tim's than it takes them to make a breakfast meal. Most of the staff looks very new and I don't see anyone who looks like they are in charge.Food Quality: 2/5Cleanliness: 2/5Value: 4/5Speed: 1/5

Consistently the worst fast food experience on the island. Minimum 10 min wait, even when drive through is empty.Only to receive cold fries and burger, most likely because they have underpaid staff, or just really poor workers...

The Quality control at this outlet is non-existent. We purchased 3 Big Mac's today.On opening all 3 contains - absolutely each burger looked like a blind person assembled the sandwiches. Totally disgusted.

Tables were filthy. Washed by me.No gloves used to touch frozen fries in tub. Waiting time was 30 minutes. Didn't get a receipt even after asking for one.Worst McDonald's experience I've ever had.

After being closed approx 3 months for repairs from an accident this location has not improved in the least.My biggest complaint is painfully slow service at the cashier and order delivery. If you are in a hurry for a quick bite don't torture yourself with trying" to eat here.**Update**. Jan. 25/23This location is still painfully slow at service at receiving your order. Don't go here if you are pressed for time."
