Glendale Skate Park
Facilities are great. I would not bring young kids. Lots of swearing and inappropriate behavior. In the hour I was here the police came because of fighting.

Glendale Skate Park
The park is in an open area in the north end of the city. It is constantly busy,even in questionable weather. Adults, teens, and young kids all hangout together and watch out for each other. If a small child takes a big fall, other skaters are there helping before the parents even know what happened. I was skeptical of having a skate park close to where I live but I am now happy it is in my neighbourhood.

Well maintained skate park very little to no graffiti. Which is always good. Respectful riders when we were there. Good learning skate park.

One of the best bowls in Alberta to rip. So many lines to shred. Must stop place to ride if ever in red deer.

Park is great. Why the city has the bathrooms locked and no water fountains turned on in nearly 30 degrees heat is a mystery.Lots of people use the park and the nearby bushes to urinate in. Very sanitary... when there is soap and running water in the public locked bathroom.

Great place, full of kids of all ages throughout the summer and now that the community centre is being built next door, will probably become even more actively used. Encourages lots of physical activity. There are two benches shaped like skateboards and a dedication plaque underneath the Eastern most bench.

One of the best bowls in alberta with a nice triangular area street section with nice flow and a pool , usually fairly busy but worth the stop forsure , also has lights for night time sessions
