Metal Supermarkets has one of the biggest varieties of product available. The bonus is I can buy any length I need, be it for prototypes or full production. If the metal I'm looking for isn't in stock the super friendly staff will find it for me and bring it in usually within a day or two

We have bought metal from them multiple times for various projects around the shop (mostly small pieces) . The website is easy to choose what you need and you get the pricing then and there (The actual pricing is usually slightly less then the estimator). We placed an order for some aluminum and someone called to ask what it was for because we had inadvertently chosen a specialized type of aluminum that was way overkill for the application and a lot more expensive that what we actually needed. Delivery is always reasonable and very convenient. Great place to deal with!

I was refered to Metal Supermarkets from a big box store to get something I needed for a small home upgrade - I wasn't even sure what I needed. The staff helped me out so much even for my small purchase. It was a great experience there today. Lexi was alot of fun in her Cinco de mayo attire and the other customers were enjoying the jokes and atmosphere. I would definitely tell other people to go back here. They were so willing to help with just a small project. Thanks guys!

terrible service. Forgot to cut 4 parts for me. Good thing I was thinking enough to check before I left because they definitely didn’t make sure to check..... I know they have a .125” tolerance. But the parts I had cut. Not one cut was close to 90deg. Some as much as 3/16” out. So now I’m loosing close to 1/4” per part. All you guys do is cut metal so you’d think you’d know how to set up a bandsaw to give semi decent cuts.... the blond lady behind the desks needs to work on her customer service and attitude.

Honestly I walked in and wasn't even acknowledged. I made a purchase and it was overpriced, as I have made this purchase before at another location. I even called another location to ask for the price and what I paid was indeed inflated. Definitely need to replace the front desk staff. What a terrible thing to be treated so coldly especially during the holidays.

I usually order from the Cambridge store, but they closed it. The Kitchener store is terrible. I was told twice that my order was ready and both times it was not when I arrived. The manager even said what do you want to do punch me in the face". This was surprising since I thought I was being respectful. They should not be trying to provoke violence in their store. I would avoid the Kitchener store. it has been 6 days and I still have not recieved my order."
