I really like this salon, the lady who cut my hair was very friendly and did a great job. Definitely recommend:)

I loved this place they knew exactly what I wanted and they were super friendly and it was definitely a safe place to go and relax. My hair feels amazing even after a bleaching and toner. I will definitely be back. It was really good for the price as well.

I hot full highlights and cut by MacKenzie and she is sooo talented! She was super quick and understanding. The outcome is lovely. Moved to Durham and kept travelling to Toronto thankful I found her so I can go local.

It was my first time at this salon and it did not disappoint! I was with Lisa for a haircut, she was super positive and welcoming and did an excellent job taming my thick hair. I also appreciate that they could fit me in for an appointment the day after I inquired and there was no wait time for the stylist when I arrived. Highly recommended! :)

Elite hairstylist Lee Andrea did a great job of cleaning up my hair that I usually just cut myself at home. I’m happy and got exactly what I had asked for, and would recommend this hairstylist and salon for their friendly staff and atmosphere.

Feedback for ShabiI reached the salon at 4:20 pm and I got free at 5:11 pm. Wash, cut and style was done in that time frame.I felt stylist was in super hurry and she pulled my hair to style so hard that My entire head was paining.She was constantly looking at the watch and was in great hurry. I kept on insisting to cut and add more layer and she was not listening to me. She was in on her on trip. She didn’t cut my hair as per my wish and it looks like I paid 75 dollar for wash and style as she was not ready to do cut.I have been a regular visitor to Evolve Salon downtown and definitely I know how a good service looks like. I want to have owners the immediate attention to how she is treating customers. As soon as I was out of the salon waiting for my husband to pick me I saw the stylist running and leaving the salon. If stylist is in hurry to leave for somewhere then please please don’t assign a slot to them where they are not comfortable.Looks like she ruined my hair and money and most importantly time.I had expectations for good service from this salon which failed and definitely I am not returning nor recommending it to my community and friends.

I just get my nails done by Rita. The gel nails are the best here..they don’t ruin your nails! To remove the polish they saturate each nail individually so no harsh grinding on the nail bed.

I recently had my hair done at Lavish in WHITBY by Lee Andrea. I have to say that she did a beautiful job and it always is a pleasure to go into the salon. Everybody is so pleasant and everybody treats everybody so well can’t express more how it was such a great experience. The one thing that was shocking to me is how some of the customers treat the hairstylist I was really taken back that a grown woman could be so rude and walk out of the salon. Some people really have to check them self !!I always show up on time to be courteous to the person after me so the stylus doesn’t run behind. one of my pet peeves of customers showing up late, I have had several other stylus in the salon do my hair and they’ve all been fantastic. My recent hairstyle cut and highlights was by Leandra and I recommend her 100%.

wasn't a bad experience, friendly staff overall and just a busy place. booked originally in person, was told i was booked w one of their executive team members, which was what i wanted. got a call to move my appointment, which i accepted. came to the store for the first time and got a pretty mediocre cut from their senior team member, which wasn't communicated to me. knew what she was doing but didn't really do it for me. it looked decent at the salon but left the back uneven. my big issue coming in was that my hair is a little puffy and now my hair is very puffy so didn't really help out there. i trimmed the sides and around my ears myself when i got home. considering i pay my barber the same i think i'll stick with him, not the best value if you're use to a clean cut.
