Rebecca's came out to our cabin to present options for window coverings about 6 years ago. Provided exceptional service from start to finish. We were very pleased with everything. Last month we had issues with one of our blinds. I called and spoke to Mya, and she asked me to come by. Long story short, the colour was discontinued, but offered to have all the blinds in the room replaced to ensure a perfect match. One week later I picked up my blinds!! Tara Hobbins was absolutely wonderful. She helped us to find what suited our condo, lifestyle (we have a 4 yr old) and budget. Her customer service and personality was what helped to make our choice. I actually waited to call her as we had another consultation. We did not even wait for the new quote as the lady was not personable like Tara, and she did not want to show us what we were asking for, but tried to push us to what she liked. Tara showed us what we asked for, helped us on what worked for our dynamics and was super patient and helpful. I contacted Tanya and she came later the same day and measured my window. We discussed my options and I looked at the various samples and asked questions about the different types of blinds and shades. She was helpful but never pushy. I made my decision and chose my color and then Tanya ordered it for me. All of this was done smoothly and professionally.
