I’ve been a customer for “OK Tires since” 2009. The customer service here is second to none. They always keep you informed and up to date on what your vehicle may need while keeping the best interest of the customers at hand. Unfortunately I will be moving this summer so I will have to find another vehicle maintenance shop.I will truly miss the great staff here.Keep up the great work guys!!! ✌️

I had an appointment for work to my tires, only to have a dead battery. I called OK Tire to tell them I wouldn't be able to make my appointment. Right away, they wanted to know where I was. The owner immediately offered to come to my house to see if he could get thre car started. Within minutes he arrived, got the car started and was able to get my car to its appointment and diagnosis and fix what turned out to be a battery problem. Don't get service like that in the city. Very very happy with their service.

Truck Jesus had my vehicle for an hour and a half. 4 tires installed on rims, brakes don't squeek, front end clunk gone, safety inspection done. 10/10.

My husband went in for a set of new tires, best price for quality in town. Not only that also amazing work and customer service! They caught a mistake the previous mechanic made and they cleaned it up and fixed it, the vehicle runs amazing now! Also they were able to get us in promptly and finished the work on time even with the set back. Highly recommend!

Another amazing experience at OK Tire in Pembroke! We unfortunately had car trouble on a Friday, however, the incredible owner and staff worked extremely hard and efficiently in order to fix our vehicle so that our family was able to head out of town for the weekend!We certainly appreciate the way OK Tire's staff go above and beyond for their clients. Customer service is always five stars! Thank you!

Had an issue with a valve stem that started hissing which would have caused a complete flat in no time. Got over to this shop as quickly as I could and they got my truck in the shop quickly and replaced the stem in less than 20 minutes. Fantastic service and reasonable price, highly recommended.

We were traveling from Canada back to the US and we got in quite a bind with a blown out tire. These guys took us in asap with no issues. Had our car towed to them and our tire was fixed in no time. They were our absolute life savers that day. Great service and GREAT staff!!!
