Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

**Update: I've been going to this location since September 2022 and I get massages once a month. Every massage I've received thus far has been great, particularly from Victor and Chi. They come with my highest recommendation.However, the front desk customer service has been less than satisfactory. I have a monthly membership where I'm billed once a month for a massage, so I make it a habit to schedule my massages accordingly. Recently, we had made the mistake of scheduling a massage on a public holiday so on the day of the massage I reached out to the store to see if we could reschedule it but they were closed which made sense. Over the last few days I've been trying to contact them to reschedule my massage but nobody was answering the phone or returning my voicemails on at least five separate occasions. After trying to call them numerous times I used a different number to contact them and they picked up on the first ring. I can't understand why this is the case, especially being a loyal customer to this location.I've decided to cancel my membership because it's been really tough to get a hold of anybody at this location for the last few days. It doesn't make sense for me to remain on a membership subscription where I'm billed automatically on a monthly basis and I can't receive the service I've paid for. **

The staff and manager here are really nice and accommodating. We had an issue using a gift card and they were kind enough to look into it for us. They were patient with us throughout when we asked for clarification (we're so sorry for the confusion and hassle caused that day!) The RMT experts were also very professional and client-focused. Their facility is super clean, as always. I always feel so much better and more relaxed coming out of here. Whatever they are doing, from staff training to RMT recruitment, they are doing it well and right. Thank you for continuously providing stellar service over the years!

Today was my birthday and I felt like a queen at this location. The staff was all so kind to me and the services were incredible! Jennifer is by far, the best massage therapist in the city! I have been going for massages for MANY YEARS regularly (so I know a thing or two about a good quality massage and different techniques). With Jennifer, you feel like a million bucks once you come out of the treatment room. She melts away the tension or stress you have coming in! I also had a facial today with Rita and she was amazing, one of the best facials I've ever had! They both went above and beyond for me and I'm so appreciative. I highly recommend this location and those staff members in particular! And thank you to the staff at reception who also went out of their way to give me a kind greeting when I arrived and birthday wishes when I left!

Rita is a facial QUEEN! I have been to see her twice so far and my skin is already drastically improved from before I started going. She is knowledgeable and explains the products she is using as well as how to care for your skin afterward. She makes product recommendations but is not pushy at all about trying to get you to buy everything she uses and is able and willing to answer any questions you have before, during, and after your session. Would definitely recommend going to see her! The front desk staff is lovely, welcoming, and friendly, and helps to create an enjoyable experience from the moment you enter until the moment you leave.

Recently had a massage with Jennifer, who was lovely! Highly recommend booking with her, especially if you prefer deep tissue. She did a fantastic job and really understands how to work through muscle tension. The receptionist, Evette, was so sweet and accommodating!

Jennifer was very professional and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Loved the massage, will definitely be returning!

My recent visit to Hand and Stone Spa left me feeling disappointed. Despite arriving late, they reduced my treatment time even more than the duration I was late. Additionally, the therapist's hand pressure was uncomfortably strong, and I did not feel relaxed during the session. Overall, the experience fell short of my expectations.

Had the most amazing massage done by Jill! Other massages that I have done typically follow the same flow but Jill customized my massage to what I needed which I appreciate so much. She went into detail after the massage to discuss her findings and gave me stretches to do at home to help with some of my tightness. Looking forward to my massage next month with her :)

Got massages here many times now. RMTs have different styles/techniques; all were very relaxing and helpful with my muscle tenseness as I had a random panic attack recently and have been trying different things to feel better as I had physical symptoms lasting from that (I think massages did help some in this regard, on top of my normal stiffness as I've never had massages, etc, before.). The customer service is also great. I believe there are free parking available at the back; I didn't try as I live nearby.

I have been going to this location since last couple years and had multiple massages services (With Lee & Mei) and they have been amazing! Their service is great as they give reminder call before the appointment!They also accommodate two back to back service for massage and provide 2 separate insurance receipt.Recommend: Hot stone and Deep tissue(If there is any specific pain in specific part)
