The Puppy's Place

We brought our Aussiedoodle puppy for her first groom at the Puppy's Place. The team were so kind and great with her. They did a fantasic job! She came home a very happy little girl. Thanks so much for all your hard work Puppy's Place! See you again soon

Do not go here if you love your dogs. I dont normally post reviews but you all should know what is going on here.My dog has been a long time customer of this place but im never ever sending him back. I don't know what has changed in the last year or so but ever since I got my new puppy, not once has the service been good. I have two dogs, a yorkie and a husky, the last couple of times i've bought them in, one service or another doesn't get completed and i need to ask them to do it again. today was the final straw through. Today when I asked the girl that normally sits in the front to just slightly cut the hair at the back of my huskies leg, as it wasn't done right the first time, she went and SHAVED him down to the skin. If you know anything about double coated dogs, you would know that they are not to be shaved unless medically necessary. She also did such a horrible job that the other lady spent 20 minutes trying to fix it and it still looks terrible. Its completely inexcusable to shave a double coated dog without permission.In addition to that they have repeatedly left cotton in my smaller dogs ears after the haircut even after i mentioned it to them. The cotton was also shaved so far into his ear that It was barely visible and incredibly hard to get out

The groomer and staff were amazing handling my rescue dog who is very fearful. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone. Will be returning in the future! Thanks again.

I don't usually do reviews but I really wanted to do one for the job they did on my golden retriever Mara.She came in there, she was pretty matted in the back, nails overgrown...all that.I rescued her out in Cape Breton where there aren't very many grooming services available, moved back here and they cleaned her up so good! Thanks so much for the excellent job.And I'm really happy to support Ajax businesses

They were able to squeeze me in last minute as I was travelling and only in time for the day. They did a great job with my puppy, best he’s ever looked after a groom!

Took my son's dog last week and had a wonderful experience. Friendly staff who calmed the eager pup down right away and gave him a rocking haircut that got rave reviews from everyone. Benny appreciates the Mohawk and the dragon's tail very much!

I really didn’t want to leave this review but my dog has been suffering from a nasty staph infection for almost 7 weeks since his first visit here. There is definitely a hygienic issue that needs to be addressed here as well as strict cleaning protocols. It’s a shame since the overall experience was a pleasant one. Staff are very friendly and the dogs here seem very happy and comfortable- my dog included. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

This is the only groomer that my dog actually likes going to. The ladies are nice and caring, great work.My dog is always happy after leaving this place. We've gone to several groomers, and our dog is always terrified before and after. They do not crate your pet here, and they let them mingle.We come all the way from barrie to make sure our dog gets groomed by the groomers he is comfortable with. Its always worth the day trip.

I don't think Lola and I could not have asked for a better first grooming experience. She looks great, had a good time playing with the other dogs at doggy daycare. We'll definitely be back for regular grooming.

The owners were lovely, very friendly. The place is very cute. I used to take my old dog here and brought my new one and after her groom I barely recognized her. She looked amazing and so adorable. Would definitely recommend the puppy’s place to anyone.
