The technician who came to was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was able to quickly identify the root causes of the problems with my stove and dryer and provided clear explanations of the issues and the solutions required to fix them. Technician gave me detailed estimate of the repair costs upfront, which I appreciated.I highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be calling them again if I ever have any future issues with my appliances.

Alex is very nice & very helpful in helping me with pricing. Appliances repairs, in general, are quite expensive but Alex does help me with any way he could which I do very much appreciated it. Booking was fast & easy and he fixed it nicely in an efficient & timely manner. Overall, I am very pleased with Alex’s job. I had my gas stove repair 2 weeks ago & today, he repaired my dish washer. I needed an oven repaired because it was not turning on. I emailed Unimaster and they called me within minutes, I had a technician booked to come in the next hour. Alex came in and diagnosed the problem and was able to get it working again quickly. Super fast turn around time. He was very professional and kind and stayed to really make sure the problem was resolved. I recommend this company.

I contacted unimaster to help with a repair on my refrigerator. There communication was prompt, professional, and extremely helpful. Not only were able to come and investigate the issue and repair it the same day which was a huge relief, it was within less than 24 hours of me contacting them in the first place. Highly recommend!!

Ripoff company!!Be aware!!I recently used the services of unimaster Appliance Repair company to service my commercial dishwasher, and I must say that I was thoroughly disappointed with their services. Despite charging me over $250, the problem with my appliance wasn't resolved.To add insult to injury, I later found out that another repair company fixed the same issue for less than $200. I feel like I was taken advantage of and overcharged by unimaster Appliance Repair, and their services were a complete waste of money.I would not recommend them to anyone and suggest that you look elsewhere for reliable and cost-effective appliance repair services.

We booked an appointment because a dryer wasn't working properly. Midway between the date we booked and the scheduled visit, we called to cancel the appointment. The person we contacted had no record of our appointment. Then on the day of the original scheduled date they showed up. When we told them we cancelled a week ago, they insisted that we didn't and sent us a bill for their mistake. When I replied with we cancelled this appointment last week

I’ve used Unimaster twice now for dishwasher issues I had. They were able to come within 24 hours and diagnose the problem! The servicemen were incredibly professional and respectful. They are able to work with all models and makes of equipment so its good to know I can rely on them over and over again.
