My daughter was referred by the lovely Lydia, our Osteopathic Practitioner, to Amy Apps and she had her initial appointment today. We have been to physio's in the past and never felt like we were really getting anything out of it. Amy was thorough in her evaluation, very knowledgeable, she provided exercises to help my daughter's healing process and was all around a delight to chat with. Reese and Teresa made scheduling and rescheduling appointments seamless, a big shout out to them and their excellent customer service!

Amy is an incredible physiotherapist, knowledgeable, thorough and personable - I've tried a number of different therapist due to a number of sports related injuries over the past decade and Amy was by far the best!
