My IG @henry_on89This winery is the best Korean winery around town. K-culture is getting popular, I guess eveyrone wants to try Korwan traditional wine. Highly recommend this place to get a wine. Friendly assisting and explaining what you want to know about korean wines.

I've always historically had soju and makgeolli from the liquor store. I discovered this local distillery and its way better than buying the imported drinks. It's fresh and tasty. They offer delivery and also it's nice to support a local, family run business. I'll be a long time loyal customer for sure. It's a staple for us at our friends and family gatherings. I can't recommend this place enough to everyone!Update: I don't know how many times I've come back. Definitely 2-3 times a month some months. Their seasonal pumpkin was delicious and their new 1L bottles are great.If you haven't had their makgeolli or soju, you're definitely missing out.

If you haven't tried Korean traditional liquor, you must try this one! Makgeolli is made with rice, so you can feel the softness and sweetness at the same time! In Korea, we often go for makgeolli on rainy days. I am grateful to be able to find makgeolli here in Vancouver, where it rains a lot.The taste is awesome, just like the ones in Korea, but it's more local style with a bit of more sweet side. My favorite is original flavour!

Make sure to drink Vancouver makgeolli. As a Korean who already knows the taste of makgeolli, I had no expectation, but it tastes better than I imagined. My husband, mom, and dad had a happy evening thanks to Vancouver Makgeolli. Thank you.

This place is a MUST TRY if you enjoy drinking and want to explore more Korean drinks. It’s one of my favourite local family owned businesses that actually put continuous effort in developing products. I loved how easy it was to place order online and it was shipped right in front of the door in arranged date and time. It also came very well packaged with clear instruction how to store makgeolli. Highly recommend original and chestnut flavours.

Generally do not drink alcohol (only G&T with loads of lime or sweet alcohol) as I do not like the alcohol taste.. my s.o likes pale ale beer and sake.. Tried makgeolli for the first time (chestnut, original and peanut) and it was delicious! Turned us both into fans despite different taste preferences.. Can be quite filling for a drink.. but we looked forward to trying each of them every night to see how the flavour profile changes from one day to the next. Loved the peanut the best and looking forward to trying more of their flavours!

It's definitely the BEST rice wine I've had in Vancouver! I love that they offer so many flavours, and they're currently offering holiday flavours (the Chestnut one is my favourite). This drink is also 100% hand-crafted and it's healthy for you, so definitely give it a try since it's delicious. The owner is also super sweet and it's a great purchase for gatherings and parties :)

The best makgeolli you’ll find in BC, hands down!! The original flavour is always our go-to, but the chestnut flavour is also very tasty! Always very fresh, smooth and the perfect amount of sweetness to make your day. All of their makgeolli’s pair well together with Korean traditional seafood or kimchi pancakes. The staff are extremely friendly as well. Definitely recommend to anyone who hasn’t tried this place yet. Two thumbs up :)
