Thanks to other google reviews i contacted Dave at Flooring Now and we got an estimate within the week for our new Vinyl. He was very response in his messages answering any questions/concerns we had. The work was done when scheduled and on time with wonderful results. Nothing negative to say it was overall great customer service and work.

To simply say “Flooring Now did a great job” would be a gross oversimplification of the effort that went into refreshing the hardwood floors throughout our two-story house. We had a hunch from the beginning that Dave would be an attentive and responsive contractor. He was quick to answer our email enquires, he thoroughly explained the process, and he provided a detailed breakdown of the work involved and cost. Our main floor was a mix of hardwood, tiles and carpeting. We were looking to have continuous hardwood throughout. I found Flooring Now on Facebook and had been regularly monitoring the before/after pictures for about 2 years. Due to Covid--19 and no vacation travel, we took the opportunity to redo the main floor. We kept the original hardwood and had Dave and Chris repair and extend the new hardwood (red oak) into the kitchen and living room / dining room area. They were professional and showed up on time. Dave was easy to reach via phone and text. He updated us on progress. He is friendly and polite. We stayed away from the home while they stained, buff and finished the flooring. When we finally saw the floors, I was beyond happy with the outcome. The stain (Weathered Oak) and the finish (satin) was EXACTLY what I was aiming for. I literally hugged my floor!!! When the sun hits it, you can see the nice grains in the wood. I HIGHLY recommend their business! They did a BEAUTIFUL job. When the time comes we will be working with them again to redo our stair rails and banister. THANK-YOU SO MUCH DAVE AND CHRIS!

Outstanding customer service: Dave explained in details what will be done and what to expect especially where we had lots of transitions between carpet and ceramic as well as carpet under fireplace. He has all the answers and many many ideas.Amazing experience!!
