ive been to over 10 dodge dealerships across canada with the same vehicle my 2012 Durango needless to say the vehicle has its issues from time to time. This is the only dealer I've been too that doesnt help its local customers I can travel to other provinces and receive part numbers and basic support ordering parts eAnd planning a service within a couple hours but in the province where I live I can show up and ask for support just to be told you cant get ANY support without a reservation for your vehicle. what kind of garbage customer service is that. After a long confusing and frustrating conversation I left and on the way out the owner and staff gave me dirty looks. Needless to say i do not reccomend this dealership for any service better off going to a dodge dealer elsewhere

While traveling by car on a family vacation from the USA to Quebec city our worst fears happened.. Check Engine light came on. We had not even been in Canada a few hours! Looking online I found Capitale Chrysler was a few miles from our hotel so I went there for 7:30 when they opened. The service manager,Sebastien Turcotte was incredibly friendly and helpful. I did not speak French but he spoke very good english and I explained the situation. He got my Aspen in that morning, diagnosed the issue and repaired it. Then explained with some help from google translate that it was an oxygen sensor.. I had hoped that would be the case but who wants to take a chance driving hundreds of miles from home on a family trip?I would give 10 stars if I could to this dealer and their staff. Thank you Sebastien for your help a foreign traveler!

Service is relatively slow, they never gave back my thing to have access for removing my tires, and other things too I was disappointed with. I was disappointed and that whole special package I bought I ended up losing money instead of staying if I just would have stayed at le specialist. At least the waiting room is nice.

I traveled to Quebec city last week, and found my caravan has weird constant noise form bottom back, as it is a safety concern I drove my car to this dealer without appointment and expect at least half day waiting and $$$ money for cost.However it went very smooth, they seems running very efficient, a lot of people at waiting room at first and it progress very fast, until my car fixed, it only took on and half hour, shorter than when I change engine oil at my home town dealer with appointment! The cost only $55 dollars as they discovered the cover of my exhaust system was the problem and they fixed without parts.I drove all the way back home to Ontario and for sure, noise disappeared.The staff also very helpful as I only speak English and they came over to help as needed.A very good experience!
