The on line information is not always current or correct. Must phone and hope someone answers. The lady bus driver that picked us up from Swartz Bay to take us to downtown Victoria was not helpful. She was not courteous or friendly.

I would imagine bus drivers get a living wage. I found that if I am not achieving goals at work I need to increase my level of service.Everybody involved here needs a reality check. This strike is hurting a great amount of people.
